A hotel with a very good location - close to the station, the old town, the lake and the promenade. Despite the center, peace and quiet. Very clean, well-equipped room and bathroom. A clean bed with fragrant bedding. The breakfast in the small lobby was very tasty and varied. Very nice and professional service. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a portable air conditioner, which makes it impossible to close the window and is quite noisy. On hot days this may be uncomfortable.

I chose that hotel because it was close to the place I had to go to, I liked the atmosphere (boutique hotel) and there was a parking place available. It was a quiet stay, the room was clean and with space: I had the self check in and everything was super organized. When I booked the parking place I received some explanations about how to get there, very helpful. The breakfast was good and complete, and the woman who was there in the morning was very nice and friendly. Well a very nice experience. Moreover the hotel is close to the opera and the little Christmas Market, which was nice to visit, as well as walking along the Urquai.

Spacious room, helpful staff. Loved the balcony so much that we picked up a takeaway and sat on the balcony and ate dinner at the table, our own private little dining space in the city. Very easy walk to the Old Town and a lovely park. Lots of places to eat nearby. Nice selection for breakfast. Great selection of pillows of varying thickness and firmness. Charming and just a touch quirky--you can see they put effort into giving the rooms a bit of personality. Walking distance to a train station that will get you straight to the airport.

We didn't get details of the lock code/check-in process until only 2 days before our trip. Because we were already traveling, I didn't see the message until we got back. Luckily a member of staff was there to check us in, but the desk is not always staffed, so this could have been an issue for us. It would have been nice to know the desk wouldn't necessarily be staffed and to have a sense as soon as we had booked as to when these details would be sent. The beds were just a little soft for my preference, but still very nice, not worn out--I just have a bad back and prefer a very firm mattress, so mentioning this in case helpful for similar travelers.

Great location near the lake and city center. A lot of shops and restaurants are near the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Every day they leave water (still and sparkling) and cookies in the room. On check-out we got chocolate. Room is very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good WiFi. Dedicated parking spot in backyard available upon reservation.

Trams make noise, but that is the cost staying in city center.

I like that they have a fan cooler in the room. It made our stay a bit more comfortable considering the day temperture is around 30 deg C.

Getting in the hotel for the first time after 11pm was a challenge. It was good that my mobile worked and I was able to call reception. What if my phone was playing up? There should be another way of contacting reception.

More than decent breakfast, especially compared to other place in Switzerland. The room was clean and the balcony was a nice addition. But most of all they were very nice to us, allowed us to check in early and were fair with the late check out fee. Location was great, few step away from the lake and the Christmas market.

Not really a "Secure parking" as described in the listing. 3 spots in an a one way alley behind the hotel which was hard to get in to.

During our stay in Zurich, there were very high temperatures. The air conditioned was a bit loud for our taste. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Hotel was great. Nice to have a balcony. High shower pressure. Comfortable bed. .Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Nice area.

Not close to main train station. Ordered Uber for early morning train at 5.30am. It was pouring down with rain and didn't turn up. Once I ordered the 3rd uber we missed our train. Not hotels fault.

Property was walking distance to city . The staff were very helpful and we were able to get our laundry done there for a fee which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious . The room and property was very clean .

we had to carry up luggage to get lift but not a big problem at all . Air conditioning in room wasn’t working properly.

Fantastic room, with plenty of space and very comfortable bed. Great shower. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could want. The homemade granola was particularly delicious. Great little touches. Well positioned for exploring , the old town a little further but walkable, and lots of restaurants and bars dotted close by.
