Extremely friendly and nice staff, great pool and the place was right next to the beach.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I was offered late checkout and could use the hotel facilities before my late flight - it made my stay very enjoyable and easy!

The place is generally beautiful from the garden, the pool, playground(my baby loved it,)The room we got was huge and the bathroom with bathtub beautiful! Oh the management was all good we grateful to Mr Ahmed for having us! Oh and Mrs Morine wonderful she's so welcoming and helpful, always got a smile on and ready to assist all the time, it was a pleasure to have you as our host, we really appreciate, not forgetting Mr Ombeni in particular who kept coming around to make sure we are good with a smile on! The entire staff at the restaurant, the pool area the front desk were all great! You made us have a good time! And for pressing the oranges for my baby! Thank you.

Mosquitoes in the evenings won't let you enjoy the breeze at the balcony or poolside! But the resort offers mosquito repellent to keep us off bites from the mosquitoes.

We loved absolutely everything. The amenities were better than what we expected, the views were remarkable, the cleanliness was excellent, the food was delicious (the breakfast was stunning), the room service was on point and the staff is truly professional and welcoming. They made us feel home since the very first minute. We traveled with a 14 months old baby and absolutely everyone working there made sure that we were confortable and happy. Thank you so much to all the team (specially Agness and Goodluck who support us with absolutely everything that we needed since tourism attractions information to special request for baby friendly meals). The manager on shift provided us with a more confortable and suitable room for our family vacations the day he met us. We can't remember his name but we are grateful for this beautiful gesture. Thank you as well to Jackson, Belina, Maria, Lilian, Martin and Julius for your excepcional and for teaching us some swahili. We are looking forward to go back! ASANTE SANA!

In overall, I would highly recommend to choose this hotel for a family holidays. How ever, the reason why I wouldn't rate the property with a 10 are the following. The playground area for children is not well maintained (the swing is broke, the slide seems dirty...). It can be use for an occasionally under an adult supervision but I consider that there are some key points that should be check. It is not safe to use the beach due to high tide. There is no staff once you cross the gate to the sea, it seems like is not part of the hotel so If you are planning a beach break, this hotel is not what you are looking for. We had this information beforehand thanks to other travellers review buy you may missed this point so I wanted to highlight it.

All Staff were Great. Nothing too much trouble. Always a Welcome Smile.

Breakfast could be Hit & Miss, buffet breakfast was better than ordering. Could be a Long wait for food orders at the Pool. The Food that we ordered was Great.

The Room was peaceful and clean. Breakfast was also great and the fruit was amazing. The pool looked amazing but I did not swim. I utilised the poolside and it was great

The food at the restaurant was not that great except for the pizza. The fish was tough and the chicken was too. Chips were amazing

Lovely hotel in good safe location with airport and covid testing centre within short taxi ride. Very clean hotel with good sized communal areas and spacious rooms. Towels changed daily and even provided mosquito spraying every evening. Staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and a credit to the organisation. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Restaurant food was plentiful and very tasty, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to airport.

The catering department needs a review. They seem to emphasise the buffet. The restaurant service was very slow with many items on the menu not available, a cheese burger took 50 mins. but when the food did arrive it was very good and good portions. Could do with more sunbeds for hotel guests as the pool is open to outside guests and the beds and seats taken up most afternoons by these guests.

It's a dream property to visit and enjoy the location and the facility. I would love to visit again and experience the same.. Nice pool, Sea Facing Area, Cordial Staff

Bath area, it was taking time for the water to drained out. All the available options were not briefed in advance, specifically about the Spa facility to be booked in advance There was some confusion over my Booking with , Booking.com, what was selected is not included in the Final Confirmation Record, which I did not noticed well resulted in got charged extra for the colleague, which could have easily avoided by the hotel. Due to Rain, wanted to extend the check out time a little more, but it is 10am, and they extended to 12 Noon Maximum, though wanted to stay bit longer Approach road to the Hotel to be repaired well

The hotel set up is lovely and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very relaxing and spacious. I really loved Sandra's attention to detail and to ensure we were comfortable.

The cats!!!! They would come around whenever food is served.. my son loved them. I didn't

This is a spacious resort build in a arabian style with lot's of palm trees, a big swimmingpool and overlooking the ocean. Very green and lush. Eventhough the resort is a bit outdated, they try to keep everything clean. Room we had was a chalet, these are on the ground or on the first floor. Very spacious and come with bathingrobes and slippers, airco, fridge and nice outside sittingarea overlooking the indian ocean. The resort is located a short distance from stonetown. With the taxi you pay somewhere from tzs20.000 to tzs30.000 without tip

The buffet is ok, but don't expect to much The sea here is not so nice if the tide is low, but the swimmingpool makes up for that
