At the first, many thanks and appreciation to the reception staff Ploy & Kate for their support, as well as all thanks to the house keeping staff for making the stay more comfortable, enjoyable and quiet. The whole atmosphere of the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to all the services you may need, the kindness of the staff, hotel facilities, living rooms, shower, the commitment to not smoking inside rooms and balconies, organizing breakfast.

Just it would be appropriate if some Arabic dishes in the breakfast buffet

Room was very nice #1433, 3rd floor, very quiet, good air conditioning, didn't hear any noise from the pool, pool was clean and always a lounge chair available as well as towels, loved the power jets inside the pool for a little massage. Location a few blocks from Bangla Rd and across from the beach and the malls were close by. Cookies were too good Front desk was able to have my freezer pack frozen for my departure

Some towels were torn, no USB plug by the bed, no ac in the elevator or a fan. Didn't see any no Durians or Mangosteins allowed signs. Pool wasn't deep

the hotel located in very good spot in the patong beach every things was great- much appreciated the early check in and the welcome coke’s . very clean room and friendly staff- breakfast was very good . so many restaurants around the hotel both local and international- and coffee shops like Starbucks are in the corner the beach activities are 1 m from the hotel- and the walking night street are just in the corner .

the first room that given to us was in the old building and wasn’t a good rooms - and I have asked to changed it and they did for extra fee ( wasn’t big amount) but still don’t like the approach

The location is perfect, in front of the patong beach walking distance from Bangla Street and all the main locations on patong beach. the room is large and comfortable with direct access to the pool, the bar inside the pool serving food and drinks including happy hour.

The room I got is old and without good maintenance, there no USB sockets in the room, and no power points near the bed, it maybe sounds weird, But whoever is used to having the phone with him at night is not comfortable at all. You hear all the fireworks shots all night from the beach which is really stressful

Bathroom could be updated. The grout around bath looked badly repaired in places. Bed linen wasn't changed daily if at all. Just remade. Which l'm fine with but if the quilt cover has blood (from a mozzie bite) and a food stain from room service it's best to change it. That's how l realised it wasn't changed. Room service (chicken parmigiana) came without knife and fork. Contacted reception... twice..Took 20 minutes for kitchen to bring up.

The location is perfect, the rooms clean, the beds and pillows are SO comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety and fresh options. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip.

The water in the shower never got hot, and it seemed to cool every now and again. There were fireworks on the beach right opposite, which woke us a few times, but nothing too major. The air conditioner was absolutely freezing. We had to turn it off a few times just so we didn't freeze to death. We tried turning it up, but it always ended up freezing again.

We stayed 7 nights in Doubletree hotel. Everything was exceptional. The hotel stuff were very polite and helpful in everything we needed. The room and the facilities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool bars were great and served us amazing cocktails. Breakfast was fantastic and included food and beverages for all taste. The hotel location was also excellent, as it is located in Patong beach and had everything nearby in walking distance (super market, pharmacy, tuk tuk, exchange and more). I totally recommend it !

The hotel was excellent. We had an upgrade on arrival and also free cookies. The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were fantastic and extremely polite. The breakfast was great. Amazing choice for everyone from pancakes and donuts to eggs Benedict and bacon,fresh fruit,salad and cheese. The swim up pool bar was great with friendly staff. Great location. Near the main hub but very quiet once in the hotel. Great value for the money would highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

the stay in general was nice

I wouldn't say I liked that they didn't give me the same room I booked, the pool access, because of a trainee mistake and I thought I booked the wrong room, which had no pool access, so I didn't say anything. Thinking it was my mistake, They did not even come and tell me until the day I checked out, and they offered me a free lunch and a ride to the airport, which was nice but I didn't feel that this made up for them not telling me this mistake for the whole stay it felt so deceiving.
