Everything!!our room was clean,spacious and comfortable. Joum was a fantastic host. She is very kind, attentive and approachable. Although breakfast wasn't included in our booking, the free buffet available for all the guests was more than we expected. Fresh fruits, jam,bread, biscuits,coffee and more. Location was great, just a few steps away from the central part of the historical park. Bikes were not available but you could easily rent them in one of the many bike shops around for just 30 thb. We loved sukhothai and this accommodation. Highly recommended.

If i have to find something,maybe the beds were a bit too hard for our personal preference. But not a big issue anyway.

Lovely and good guest house in Sukhothai. House owner really take care everything you need, provide the guide and support during the travel and you can feel the hospitality house owner given. 100% recommend people stay here if they want to travel to Sukhotai .

The location is perfect to visit specially the Historic Park. It was very clean. The room and the bed comfortable. The woman that recieves the guests is very kind and helpful. The last day I went for lunch and when I paid I forgot to take the change. I took a grab to the airport and minutes before arriving I realized that I did not have the money to pay the driver. I called the hotel lady and she went to the restaurant, she withdrew the money and paid the driver for me. Without her help I don't know how I would have solved it! I am infinitely grateful to the lady at Oldtown Boutique Hotel. Highly recommended!

The location, cleaness, room size and kindness of the owner, in other words everything. This is one of the best hotel so far in my Thailand trip.

The guesthouse is located right in between the Historical Park and the long-distance Bus Station. We had a late check-in on our first day, but the host was still there waiting for us and leave notes on our door. Also, the host helped us booking a taxi to the Sukhothai Airport at a better price than booking in other agencies in the town we queried.

The geusthouse is near a lake area and the water in the lake is not in good condition, which leads to lots of mosquitos. Also, in the night you will hear the noisy sounds of the toads, insects, etc. The wind from air-con is right to the head side of the bed, which is not very comfortable.

Old Town Boutique House is in a quiet location very close to the Sukhothai Historic Park. The room is quite a reasonable size, the bed was firm but comfortable. Facilities are fairly basic but very functional and with touches of Thi styling making it so much more attractive than most budget accommodation. There is a breakfast room with free tea, coffee, toast and jam. The family that run this are delightful, welcoming and helpfu. This is truly exceptional value and highly recommended

At this price I cannot think of anything.

I like everything exceeded my expectation

Wonderful and helpful staff! The location was perfect - easy walking distance to historical park and market. Our room was charming and comfortable. We had an in room foot massage that was divine. Breakfast was excellent and cooked specifically for us at the time we scheduled. Wish we had planned to stay another day.

Can't think of anything to improve.

The room was good size and spotlessly clean. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk from the ancient historical centre and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Bicycle rental is also very close. We also arranged a massage in our room at very short notice, I would recommend this.

I was disappointed that the traditional Sukhotai breakfast was no longer available but the coffee, tea, toast and jam provided free was a nice alternative.

The host was welcoming and open minded for which we are grateful. The place was clean and well located (you can walk to the historical park). Bed were comfortable. We liked the breakfast room and the possibility to get an invigorating thai massage.

Improvement could be done to better isolate the bathroom which makes the air-conditioning go away because the door isn't closing properly.
