Everything was amazing about this hotel. The staff reached out to us on WhatsApp before we arrived and organised an airport shuttle for us. The staff helped us to book our activities, transport and spa. The spa was amazing and I had the best massage ever! The hotel is also in a great location, within 2 mins you can reach the sunset/sunrise view point and is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very warm, spacious and nicely decorated. The views from the terraces are also amazing especially in the mornings when the hot air balloons are passing by!

There were a few ants in the room which is probably normal in a cave hotel.

Our Double Deluxe Cave Room was huge, beautiful and comfortable. It had a bathroom and a shower with some bath complements (the shampoo and shower gel smells like heaven). The room was full equip in the ground floor. The hotel has a restaurant with a nice menú (affordable prices taking into account the location) and a lounge bar with one of the best views of Göreme. You have many terraces in the hotel where you can chill out and enjoy the views. What we also loved was the 3 beautiful puppies that lives there, they are well cares and treated, every guest in the hotel gave them a lot of love. They are three small Cocker Spaniel with their collar and also their own Instagram account!!! We also recommend the Hotel Spa, we chose the package 2 than includes a lot of treatments, you have a 10% discount if you are an hotel guest. Finally, breakfast was pretty good too, you have many options for everyone (vegan people, allergic and food intolerants ones), you can ask for any type of eggs and also for a cheesy vegetables Omelette.

There were humidities in our bathroom, every morning we listened how small drops were dropping from our ceiling. As a luxury hotel settle in one of the most strategic touristic locations in Türkiye you should know the kind of people you will find are mainly influencers o people who won't hesitate to wake up at 5 am to do some sunrise shooting and neither some sunset shooting (quite exhausting)

Outstanding place! The staff especially those in reception were friendly, attentive and welcoming (reception). The terrace had good vibes. The room was exceptional and a great location with stunning views of the balloons. The spa was a great experience.

Air conditioning was poor. Would be nice to be able to book a table on the terrace for hotel guests, but ok if you get there super early. The breakfast was ok but not the same standard as other hotels in cappadocia. The buffet style does not reflect the standard of this hotel. The staff at the spa could explain the experience more on the initial greeting as they were a little assertive at times

Beautiful location, property and its cave suites are excellent. The whole hotel is clean and nicely kept. View from the hotel itself is outstanding both day and night. Staff are so cordial and helps in all possible way. We felt very much at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast is excellent too. We arranged balloon ride via the hotel. It was cancelled couple of days due to wind. And hotel manager kept booking it for the next day and finally we were lucky to get the awesome experience on balloon ride. You need to do it to really understand what it is. Beyond word’s experience. Hotel also arranged airport pickup and drop off with excellent service. We are simply happy on every aspect. Hotel also arranged a fantastic private tour with guide for full day. We covered most of the beautiful places in Cappadocia. The tour was combining red and green tour just excluding Ilhara valley mainly. We got genuine value out of the tour. The tour guide was also fantastic. It made our experience extra special.

Nothing to mention to be honest

Beautiful hotel and incredibly hospitable staff. We initially only booked one night in Cappadocia but decided to extend another night. The hotel was fully booked so we had to book with another hotel in the area, but the staff still helped us sort out our flight change which was so appreciated. Beautiful rooftop terrace with great views, and a good assortment of breakfast.

In exchange for great views on the rooftop terrace (and a closer walk to the sunset viewpoint), the hotel is located at the top of a hill so walking to and from the restaurants and shops was a bit tiring, but a great place to stay regardless.

Everything -WOW, the staff were superb, Burak organised all our trips, the green tour, the red tour, ATV sunset tour, spa treatments, and the balloons with Butterfly balloons a as our transfer from the airport, everything was seamless and Burak and his team were exceptional, the experiences and services they provided was outstanding. Our tour guide ‘Harun from Believe in Guide’ and the driver were also excellent they added to our Cappodecia experience with their knowledge, we were taken to the best lunch locations and helped with the endless photos. The balloon was cancelled 2 consecutive days and this morning we had to leave for the airport early but Burak made sure we didn’t miss the balloon flight this morning and he organised our luggage to be collected and our driver followed the balloon so we could be picked up immediately after the balloon ride - service was exceptional! The spa facilities, the bar attendants in Karina rooftop bar, everyone at the hotel we cannot thank enough for the experiences, service and care provided. The spa is a must - the hammam was an excellent experience - we all (8 of us) agreed was the best spa experience. The rooms were caves, clean, comfortable and traditional absolutely beautiful, I could go on, thank you Burak and team Artemis cave you provided the best experiences, we have lasting memories ❤️

The accomodation was super central to Göreme, with all the restaurants, bus station and taxi rank within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff were unbelievably helpful throughout our stay; they assisted in booking tours, spa treatments and hotel transfers, and offered recommendations on restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend staying here for the cave experience, a nice sunset cocktail and the most beautiful sunrise view of the hot air balloons.

Amazing views, service and perfect for a Romantic trip! the Service is impeccable with all staff being helpful, very friendly and always looking out to make your stay better. the views are unbelievable both with the balloons in the air and without! breakfast was stellar as well!

The only con I can think of is that breakfast started at 8am and given the popularity of the balloons in it would have been nice to have an earlier breakfast option, say 7am (balloons run at sunrise which for us was 5:15am)

spectacular little hotel overlooking Goreme - the views are unbeatable, especially during sunset. Beautiful terrace for enjoying the view and lounging about. The staff were all exceptionally friendly - from answering questions prior to check-in, to organising tours for us. Special shout out to Sadra (?) the bartender - he made us the most incredible cocktails some of which were off the menu. Breakfast was amazing - super filling and everything you could want. There is a spa on-site where hotel guests get a discount - we did the hammam and massage which were excellent

Suite completely exceeded our expectation. Stunningly beautiful room, lovely linens, gorgeous bathroom. Spacious, lovely decor, little patio outside our front door.Great breakfast, phenomenal bar areas and bartender. Staff helped us plan our days. Someone always there to park or retrieve our car. Location just below the Sunset View hill was magical at sunset and in the mornings to see the balloons. You must be able to climb stairs here, but if you’re in Capadoccia, you have to be able to hike anyway!
