Everything, the location was close to all landmarks and restaurants were open late as well. The staff was amazing, Rabia at front desk was very helpful during our stay and assisted us if we had any questions Amazing and helpful staff

Excellent Hotel. Very Modern. Excellent Location. Staff are great at all levels, even the cleaners. Lovely atmosphere. Clean, lovely rooms. Managers are so helpful, days after we checked out they still personally arranged our airport transfer from a different hotel. Great communication, everything was efficient. Thankyou Rabia and Selman. We actually wanted to return after checking out because our following Hotel could not match Aprilis Deluxe!!! You won't regret staying here!

Mattress far too soft, especially for people with back issues....the sofa beds are great, with firm support!!!

- The staff! First off, at the breakfast room: Richard, I send him my best thoughts ( Tell him I'm the Algerian mom who liked to have hot chocolate in a glass 😁) and the so sweet trendy Elif. At the reception, Rabia was efficient and gave us an Istanbulkart. I appreciated. Abuzeid as the others was so nice and the young Muhammed 💕. But my special thanks go to the super über kind Salman ❤ He was so helpful and sweet. - The room was clean and we had a nice view on the sea. Room service was pretty good. The ladies were soooooooooo heart-warming. One them kissed us good bye as if we were of her family. I will never forget her face. - Location. Just a few minutes from the tram station Çemberlitas.

A- Breakfast is what prevented me to give the full mark. It is our favorite meal of the day and preference was given to turkish style of food. Very few fruits, no yogurt. No fresh croissants and the cakes were not good. The juices were simply terrible and we couldn't even drink them. Not really what we could expect from a hotel of that standard. - To go to the main street and the tram, there is a 200 m hill and the non sportive people will have some trouble. Just to warn people with disabled or elderly people like my mom who accompanied us. She had her rollator and she suffered. It's non of the hotel's fault though. But we'll come back gladly hoping they'll improve the quality of the breakfast 🙂

Lovely experience. Location was 10mins walk from main attractions. Rabia front desk manager was so accommodating and gave us a exceptional breakfast on the terrace every morning.

Location is on a steep slope so not suited to those who struggle to walk Air conditioning in the rooms could do with diffusers (minor point) Room cleaning could be a little more thorough (minor point)
