First of all great central location, I really enjoyed the hotel location on İstiklal street where everything is within walking distance including food, buses, and metro train. The staff was very helpful and the room was nice. Best wifi internet and bathroom have cold and hot water facility. The person at the reception was very cooperative and humble. The room was soundproof. Once you arrive in Istanbul the first thing to do is buy a sim card, there are 3 companies which are Vodafone, Turkcell, and Turk Telekom, I suggest you buy Turk Telekom for 350 Lira with 25 GB. If you are coming from UAE/Dubai and want to withdraw cash in Lira currency from your Debit card for the best conversion rates I suggest using Garanti BBVA ATM and QNB Finansbank ATM. Avoid using credit cards.

The room keychain holder was very heavy in weight so you can’t carry the room key with you outside the hotel if you are a solo person.

Location, management so friendly, perfect value for money extremely close to taksim and Istiklal. Sooo clean no instects..

This hotel is in a great location near istikal Street .great for shopping bars and restaurants .we enjoyed every moment we where their .the staff were very helpful and for sure if l go again to Istanbul l choose again this hotel .

Everything was ok but the room furniture needs to be renovated . But it doesn't bother me at all because we are always outside .

the location is excellent, the balcony of our family suite located at the 6th floor was great addition. the stuff arranged our room four of five night, it rooms are a little bit old but it was okay for us.

you pay for the full stay in advance before even check the room. noises/walk/talks made by other residents in the corridor is clearly and loudly hearable in our room

Nice location and really friendly staff, functional room even though it's not so big, good value for the money

Had to take some time to be able to adjust the water stream and temperature in the shower but once you got it it was fine

I don't have time to write long reviews, but this hotel deserves great review - because of following reasons: 1.Staff: We really loved how the receptionist treated us during our stay. Also, the last day we could leave our luggage for free at luggage storage of the hotel. 2.Location. Istiklal street can be reached by foot, just behind next corner of the street. 3.Facilities: Accommodation is sparkling clean and well-maintained. Free slippers. 4.Value: It was cheap considering that we stayed there during summer. It represents good value for money.

Everything was just a perfect.

Location: Few steps to istiklal caddesi , there are a pharmacy, mini market , firin and many restaurants in the same street. The staff at the Residence Hotel were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available Thanks to Murat Bey for the early check in and service. Overall, it was good enough for us since we spent our days outside enjoying the city. Clean room, comfy bed , hot water and stable wifi and of course an acceptable price.

The room was small and some amenities need renovation. There was water leaking in the bathroom from the sink but I fixed it.

The hotel despite not being brand new or renovated, lives to its expectations and it had a very good price for the value, and its location was very close to Istiklal and the shops around.

The facilities could use a bit of renovation and the breakfast being offered could have a better price. Also the hotel sign is not clearly visible from street level.
