The view in the balcony and the location

a bit serious staff not much friendly, they make you feel like you are working in a company

The staff are so nice, location is great. The view is fantastic, and a bus stop in front door in case you have a large luggage

Sadly a tree blocked the view for Eiger

A simple and functional room which was very clean, had great mountain views and a lovely balcony. Nice breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was with my wife and daughter and had a double bed and a single bed. Perfect for our needs. Our room overlooked the main street and was in a great central location. Great double glazed balcony door and window so was very quiet.

The view is superb, with mountains view right outside our balcony. Room is big and bed is comfortable. Next to it is the supermarket and eateries nearby.

Perfect location within Grindelwald. All local attractions were within walking distance. Friendly and accommodating staff and they took care of all our needs. My spouse was sick and they did the best to help her out. The girls at the reception were very helpful, unfortunately I don't remember the names but I appreciate them really. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend 10/10 to anyone looking at a place to stay in Grindelwald.

Everything was amazing, however the price is slightly on the higher end but Switzerland is expensive in general. Great stay actually, and we definitely made the right choice.

Our stay in Hotel Grindelwalderhof was perfect for our three night stay in Grindelwald. Location was walkable from the train station with easy access to the First Gondola. Looking out our balcony at the peaks and glaciers was amazing. The breakfast served in the morning was very convenient to start our day. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Windows blocked out most street noise, but it is located directly on the main street.

The view from our room was amazing as it was facing the alps, and the location was very good as its only few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is nearby to the shops and supermarket which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly, our check in was very smooth. Overall the hotel was very good value for money and highly recommend the place!

The hosts were warm and very friendly. They answered our queries patiently! The amenities provided were superb and they helped us with a couple of things which were super critical. So a big thank you for that!

Nothing to dislike!

Just 3mins walk from the Grindelwald train station and is convenient to the supermarket, restaurants in the area. Our room was a good size, clean and airy plus bathroom was spacious. Good hotel for couple or family.

Very nice old fashion hotel. I recommend it because the site is explendid to.visit the Jungfrau region and is not too expensive comparing others in the same city.

Need some renovation but the price would also increase so...
