While the experience was luxurious, I did feel that the value for money could be better. - Parking: On-site parking is available but at an additional cost, and spaces can be limited. we loved how spacious the room was and the friendly staff each and every one of them, especially Roman the front office manager who made sure our stay was beyond expectations. we loved the property so much we already made our booking to stay at the Bergwelt in the winter.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with incredible views. Enjoyed the welcome champagne on the wrap around balcony. Complimentary snacks and beverages provided in the full kitchen. Comfy bed and linens. Outstanding buffet breakfast. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lara at reception was excellent.

Got everything in my residence, kids toys, play stations , smart TVs , superb kitchen with lot of vessels, spacious rooms welcome drink , fruits …. Swimming pool is excellent

Beautiful property and beautiful location. The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. We got a welcome spread with included snacks and drinks. The included breakfast was fantastic.

The only thing that was disappointing is that I booked this partially because it said it had Air Conditioning. It did not have air conditioning. At least the residence that we had didn't have air conditioning. Maybe the hotel portion of the property has air conditioning, but the residence that we were in did not. This should probably be fixed in the residence description because I use that as one of my filters to find properties that I want to book. The temperature was very warm to sleep at night--25-28 degrees Celsius--maybe for people who are not used to air conditioning, that is not too hot, but when you are used to air-conditioning, it was definitely uncomfortable. They were very nice and had someone come look at it and brought more fans for us, which helped. We tried to open the windows/doors, but we had a LOT of bugs fly inside when we tried that. I would still recommend this property and I would go again, but the description should make it clear that there is no air conditioning. If it had been later in the summer, this might have been a much bigger problem.
