Perfectly clean and comfortable. Loved the shower! Breakfast was basic but fine. Didn’t always have non dairy options but did try and provide, when asked. Definitely needs a 2nd toaster on busy mornings! Great location. Was close to everything we needed.

Our freezer didn’t freeze. Literally at all. Odd that there is tea and coffee but no milk (husband pointed this out, i don’t drink it.) Zero cutlery despite having a microwave so we had to buy some. Weird and disappointing - The advertised gym has a sign saying “Closed due to Covid restrictions.” I think somebody forgot to re-open it. The advertised casting feature on the TV did not work at all for us. Gave up!

The rooms were clean and large. Wifi was strong and consistent. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Lighting was good and we were comfortable. TV was a decent size and the furniture was comfortable. The fridge was a decent size. Rooms were quiet and we did not hear the neighbours. Rooms were cleaned every day that we were there. Our room was located on the second level and we had a good view of the pool and the carpark.

The room offered a toaster and a kettle. If you have a toaster, you might want to offer a plate and possibly some additional cutlery in the room. We only noticed a leak on the floor between the shower and the bedroom on the last day. Unfortunately we had a laptop bag on that area and it did get damp. Lucky the laptop was not in the bag,

Deluxe room was really spacious with 2 beds, desk, table and chairs, couch and plenty of luggage space. So much more room than I expected. For the price that I paid it far exceeded my expectations. Perfect for an overnight stopover on a road trip, but would even be suitable for a longer stay. The restaurant was also exceptional - we had dinner and breakfast. Both were fabulous and the staff were lovely.

Honestly, I can't think of anything to fault given the price that I paid. The bathroom was old, but clean with everything in working order and plenty of soap etc. The heater took a few mins to get working but kept the room nice and warm at constant temperature.

The bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the pillows a bit too hard for me but I always bring my own. Used the A/C at night so we could close the curtains and block out the corridor light plenty of charge and USB points for appliances. Loved the pool which was essential to cool down in. Breakfast perfect. Staff super friendly.

The window in our room was too small. Seemed perfectly fine in other rooms. It was a very run organisation.

Spacious room on the ground floor with both a queen bed and single bed, large smart tv to easily connect to streaming services, nice outdoor swimming pool, free onsite carparking, free toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, space in the fridge to put your own drinks, and microwave is a nice bonus

Onsite restaurant wasn't open for dinner however there are plenty of options within a short drive away, in-room breakfast option was available but plenty of cheaper options in town

The room was quite big abd spacious with all the facilities. Loved the smart TV as my kid was able to watch his favourite shows on youtube. The staffs were friendly and were always ready to help. Unfortunately couldn’t try the restaurant as it was closed on Public holidays, else was a good place to stay with everything within hands reach

There weren’t enough cutleries in the room, but when we rand the reception they provided us with enough of them.

Our stay was restful, in a very spacious room, with excellent facilities. The rooms are away from the road, so minimal traffic noise. Staff are very professional and helpful. Plenty of parking even for larger vehicles. There is a restaurant, and conference room.

Minnny bar. Not everyone drinks alcohol, and it just uses space that guests need for food and water. If ppl want alcohol they should be able to get from reception,or a supermarket, or Dan Murphy's etc. The mixer tap on the basin is good idea,but difficult to get hot water without wasting alot

The room size was excellent for our family, it was great having the separate bedroom for the kids. The queen bed was comfortable and the room had good storage. TV was decent sized for a hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Didn't realise there wouldn't be a hair-dryer in the room, but I should have checked prior. Also it was a shame the restaurant wasn't open on the Saturday night of our stay but I believe this varies. The carpet could probably use a deep clean, if I'm honest.

The room was comfortable & spacious. The continental breakfast was delicious.

Noisy guests from the rooms next door & above kept my family from sleeping. No ‘quite’ hours as such for the accommodation.

Great location, quiet with off street parking, massive room with large bathroom, huge TV and comfy beds. Will definitely be my preferred hotel next time I’m in town.

Housekeeping could be a little better. Toilet seat was broken and there were discarded food wrappers on the stairs which after 24 hours, I ended up picking up and disposing of.
