Great location, and nice rooms. Getting from and to airport is as easy as it gets with the S7 line taking you to a stop 150m from the Hotel. Rooms are clean, new and nice.

The Check-in process takes too long (10 min) in a busy hotel like this with 1-5 counters available and meant for me 40 min waiting to get in. That's something they need to work on. Saying that once you get to a counter they are super nice and very helpful. Wifi should be free (it is only free once you sign up for their program).

Super clean, rooms really well thought out and spacious, location convenient, breakfast the best I’ve ever had, fantastic sheets and pillows.

Difficult to fault as all very good - housekeeping only came at 4pm one day. But no big deal.

Waiting gor check in, because rooms were not ready (check in was at 15.00!!!). For the first time in 20 years (I visit hotels on average 5 times a year) a guy came to check if we damaged the rug in our rooms; maybe it was precious, but surely did not look like it. Considering the prices, this was at least inappropriate.

The hotel is in an excellent location near s train station, the park and all main places in the city. The hotel is very nice with a very good breakfast and very nice personal. I stayed there several times and it is my favorite hotel in Vienna

in my last stay, the room we got is a bit small for three people, and when we got there there was no extra bed for the third person (got in a bit late) which require some waiting for setting up the bed in such a late hour (the room was prebooked and prepaid)

Great location, Great Service, Clean and functional rooms.

Warm water /shower - but with pulses of hot waters.Breakfast with two different locations one excellent ( inside) and the lobby which not met 5 stars hotel standard. The feeling is that every thing is ok but not sure it is 5 stars standard. Maybe more relevant for business than romantic vacation.

Outstanding location - 100m from the CAT rail transfer to the Airport - very friendly staff - super breakfast!

The reading light beside the bed intermittently came on/off. Also despite a request for a replacement hand soap/dispenser(the dispenser was empty), it was not changed. No vegan options for bar food and minimal vegan options in the restaurant.

Breakfast very good; wide range of choice. Breakfast staff very efficient, unlike reception staff. Room cleaned well daily.

Reception staff not very efficient eg. the bathrobes and slippers listed were not in the room-we had to ask 3 times for them; email sent days before flying re. hotel arranging taxi answered with misinformation, then a failure to answer subsequent 3 emails asking for clarification. We gave up. Aircon in room very erratic-either freezing cold or too hot, regardless of setting. The numerous 'winos'/drunks and smell of urine immediately outside hotel.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming crew. They go out of their way to help you settle in, accomodate to your wishes and make you have an enjoyable stay. Everyone without exception: the friendliest of the waiters, amazing check in and check out staff, super attentive conciërges, even the cleaning lady went out of her way to get us an extra pair of pillows! Also, the quality of the food was remarkable. There are two facilities operating within the hotel, the quality of which are amongst the best we tried in Vienna, an unusual find in such large city hotels like this one.

Air conditioning too hot and hard to regulate and a LOT of noise from neighbouring rooms. At times the night was a festival of claps, bangs, thuds, and creaks.

I requested for connected rooms through booking.com but wasn’t available when I checked in
