Very good value for money. The entrance doesn't look very inviting, however the rooms are clean and spacious. Not luxurious but better than expected. About 15 mins walk from all major sights.

The room is not very soundproof. Even on the 4th floor we heard every noise coming from the street below. You have to be lucky to get a parking spot, we weren't lucky. There is a parkhouse nearby but it isn't the cheapest.

We were happy with our stay. This was the cheapest option for our dates and it actually exceeded our epectations. It is well located, about 15- 20 minutes walk to the city center (obviously there are more central options but they are also much more pricey) and a 10 minutes walk to the train station so quite convenient if you're planning to take day trips. There is a grocery store and a couple of bars/restaurants around the street. The room was very spacious and comfortable and included a kitchenette, microwave, playes, utensils etc. Bathroom was also very nice with good water pressure and a lot of space. They stored our luggage for us before check in and after check out in a locked room.

No major complaints. There are more centrally located hotels but they are more expensive. The common area could have been nicer with some more comfortable sitting options. We did not get breakfast but we saw that the options were quite limited so I would not recommend paying extra for that, when you can get breakfast at one of the city's amazing cafes/bakeries for a similar price.

It is close to the highway and the train station but not affected by the traffic of either one of the two. It's close to the city centre as well. The room was spacious and the bedsheets were clean.

The common areas/corridors smelled terrible. I think it was some cheap detergent but it could have been that common spaces were not frequently cleaned. Also, parking space is available at extra cost, but you need a code from the reception to enter and until you get the code, you have to park on the street. Street parking is available for a fee but only for a few hours.

The Location of the Hotel

1- The elevator was out of order since long time (as reception told us) till we left and nobody told us that in advance before we made the booking, we have to use the stairs up and down with luggage and without, and my uncle is 65 years old and the stairs wasn't convenient for him. 2- No change of towels, no change of bed sheets, no cleaning even not removing of the garbage all the time and it wasn't good for us to stay in the same room with garbage for 3 days health wise and hygiene. We need refund for at least 1 night 61,6 €

Offered everything I needed. Close to center, central station and public transportation. Supermarket just around the corner. Big fridge available and everything needed for cooking for yourself, which is a big advantage and can save a considerable amount of money. Would return.

Room looked rather dated. Cleanliness could have been better. Fridge made lots of noise, which was slightly annoying at night. I didn't find a way to regulate the temperature in the room. Receiving access to the Wifi requires email confirmation, which is an unnecessary hassle.

Fairly close to the train station. The accommodation was moderately ok. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean.

The elevator was not clean, the buttons were taped. The bathroom was dirty and uncleaned upon arrival, so they cleaned it again at our request, but this time the result was not much better either. The cleaning staff seem to prefer hanging out in the corridors chatting rather than putting in more effort into cleaning

It was very quiet, the cathedral and stores were in walking distance and the kitchen had the necessities. The staff was friendly and all together it has a good value for the price. The very uncomplicated 24h check in at the partner hotel down the street definitely is a luxury.

It could be a bit cleaner and a little renovation wouldn't hurt but isn't a must. It was a bit smaller than we imagined from the photos but completely fine for a few days.

When we had an issue with the (leaking) bathroom, they were very quick to send a technician. Then, when there was still an issue, they changed our room to a suite. The service was really pleasant. The quality of service vs price was great.

Considering COVID, we were disappointed in the level of cleanliness. We had to buy disinfectant to clean all of the surfaces after seeing how physically dirty even the light switches were. For the cost per night, we can understand that cleaning isn't included, but we would have expected to arrive into a clean room.

The room was spacious. Had a kettle, tea bags, plates and crockeries. Also had a microwave oven. Had an induction cooktop though we didn't use it. Comfortable mattresses. No check-out Hassel's - just kept the room card at an indicated place and left.

Some sewage type smell from the bathroom from early morning. The lifts didn't work both the days we were there. Thankfully our room was on the 2nd floor.
