It was a excellent experience for the family. Only thing I have to express concerns. Is that we did not get any hygiene products when needed.

There not a certain complaint, except for not able to get hygiene products for our room. But the stay was peaceful and very quiet.

The room was nice, overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Breakfast was ok, but many times they were short of some of the items..Also the room wasn't cleaned up...the staff should check the room for spills etc during breakfast hours. The room air condition was very noisy. The security lock on the outside door was almost torn off...also a light bulb in the bathroom was burned out.

The room was decent. The breakfast wasn't as expected but it was okay. The pool, although it had an awesome slide, was too small to accommodate those that did not want to slide but the kids had a good time. I would recommend this place to others

Excellent location for seeing the sights, easy on/off freeway, pet friendly, loved having doors direct to the outside for pets. Excellent breakfast with plenty to chose from and able to take snacks back to the room, all day coffee. Comfortable rooms, spacious and easy in/out for getting dogs to and from car, restaurant in parking lot or we did door dash for great food around the area.

Everyone from other hotels use their pet area so had to time when we took our dogs out. Road construction at entrance from freeway caused some issues but not hotels fault.

Very simple and to the point

They could make sure they maintained some of their rooms better. Some tvs were not working as in the same. Some remotes did not connect

The location

Hot tub not working. Tv remote didn't work very well. Coffee maker missing the tray to hold the pod. Breakfast was less than complete.

The location of my room to pet exercise area was great

Had trouble with my card to get back in to my room a couple of times but finally got it right

It's comfortable, has an elevator, n the staff is nice m our house keeper did an excellent job

Great clean rooms. Good TV. Station options. The swimming pool was open to use.

The advertized jacuzzi was out of service and empty of water. We picked the hotel for that feature because of our medical needs. The advertized Contenentel Breakfast was closed most of our stay as well.
