Standard airport hotel.

I paid extra for half board which was a waste of time. The dinner menu has a small selection of things from the main menu ad the price is the same as if you don't pay for the package. We ended up eating from the main menu which brought chaos to their system so we had to wait 15 minutes for them to sort it out. Don't book the Hoppa bus to get to the airport a sit is more expensive and takes much longer than an Uber. No one there to help us with our luggage but it was an easy enough journey to our room. Breakfast was pretty good but the Bacon was like shoe leather.

The set shuttle time is really helpful to know for getting to the airport. The location is great if you need an easy place near Heathrow. The bar/restaurant is a plus if you're hungry or thirsty.

I didn't realize the shuttle from airport is only once every hour, and a good 30 minutes each way given the other drop offs. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a problem. But, travelers should be sure to look at the schedule for the specific hotel shuttle to manage your time / expectations. And, plan your timing for your departure from hotel (since it's once an hour) to be sure you're not too rushed to catch your flight.

The staff at reception and breakfast room were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much. We were really satisfied! Partly because of this, it was an unforgettable holiday.

The cleaning of the rooms could be better, We always left the (bath) room tidy so that the cleaners could easily remove the dust, but there was not proper cleaning. broken coat hangers, no soap. We were with 3 people and always got towels for 2 people, a sofa bed which was broken was not noticed even after we removed the duvet and sheets. As a result, you did have to ask the reception for help every night That's a shame, because of this our son had little sleep. Otherwise very satisfied, great view of Heathrow Airport from the 5th floor!

The hotel was easy to find and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The parking bays were big enough for large suvs/vans. Parking costs £16 for 24 hours which is quite reasonable. We stayed in an executive room and it was simply great. Lots of storage space for our belongings and a very nice bathroom with a large shower cabin. The bed was comfortable we all had a very good sleep. Even though M4/A4 is close and the airport is a stone throw away, nothing can be heard of the traffic and planes. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options and delicious food. Prepare to be overwhelmed especially if you're only staying one night. Impossible to try everything in one go. The restaurant looked nice too.

The thermostat was facing the beds and if the ac is on the green LED light is rather strong. It can disturb some who like to sleep in complete darkness. The housekeeper knocked 3 times on the door wanting to find out when we were leaving. Not cool as we only checked in at 11 pm after a long stressful day and wanted to have a lie in.

Ideal Location close from both airport and city center thanks to underground connection. Thanks again to Kinsley ( KE), Holiday Inn employee, excellent professional and having great sense of Customer caring, who gave us really nice advice to reach the city and see easily the main London places. And on top Kingsley offered us his support in case of issue. Customer service at ils best !!!Hope that your manager will read that , You deserve it, you made the night of our family wonderful mate !

The In house Italian resto was great! Had a good meal there both nights. Breakfast was generous and the plates were Hot!!

The member of staff I asked about the price of a taxi to Euston Railway Station wasn't helpful. At first she just kept referring me to the printed sheet which had only the cost of taxi to Heathrow. In the end I went on the U3 bus to Heathrow central, Piccadilly line to St Pancras then walked to Euston. Very easy, very cheap! Worth your staff having this info?

The bed was comfortable, and on the ground floor which I requested. A little hard to find the rooms past the atrium area. The breakfast was wonderful.

I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and that there was a "shuttle" to take me there after my night time arrival. I wrongly assumed it was a free hotel-operated shuttle as in most cities of the world. As it turned out, I couldn't figure out where to pick up the "shuttle" so I took a black cab that cost me 15 GBP. The next morning I had just missed the "shuttle" so the reservation clerk called me a cab. The cost was 25 GBP! The driver explained he was a private company not associated with the airport and cost more (no meter.) The "shuttle" cost 6 GBP and a public bus that cost less than 2. Very unhappy with spending 40 GBP for no reason.

Great location, next to Heathrow T2/3. Rooms, clean & tidy. Little noise could be heard from the airport, so a good night sleep could be had. Breakfast was a must! Good selection to stuff your face to see you through the day.

Would recommend using the minicab to get from the hotel to the terminals (cheaper). We used a hotel taxi at first and this was £45. The minicab was £25. The phone to the minicab is at the end of the reception desk.

Thought our stay was very good & would definitely stay at the same location again. The staff are friendly & were helpful, the building & facilities were clean, it was quiet & it's in a great location

The only negative I would have is that it does take some time to check in if it gets a bit busy. The check in queue can also get in the way of people trying to get to the lifts to the hotel rooms. I would suggest that if there is a major refurb, the reception desk is moved across the hallway if possible & maybe have a faster process / more staff at the desk to check in to help speed up the process

great location, clean and nice rooms

Had to ask a couple of times for the sofa bed to be made up for the kids as there was only one housekeeping staff on! Kids needed to go to sleep after coming off.a flight from Australia
