The view of Sheikh Zayed from our room and bathroom was superb! We were upgraded to a better room on the 3rd night and it was such a great time. The staff were incredible! Nelson at concierge took great care of us and the team at the reception were very friendly. Excellent location next to KFC, the WTC metro, a supermarket and Golden Fork Restaurant which is quite affordable. Really enjoyed having great wifi and a casting option on the TV to watch YouTube, Netflix and amazon at will. Would highly recommend this property.

Some of the tech in the room failed. For example, the lights wouldn't turn off from some buttons and the curtain would sometimes open by itself in the middle of the night.

The security team was awesome and the food was great

Lengthy check in process and unaccommodated front desk staff. We booked 2 rooms, one room came with a breakfast included and the other one didn’t. Also we asked for 2 beds however, we got a room with a king bed. The staff said it was our fault as we booked our stay using Booking and we should have made our reservation directly from their website. So they can accommodate our requests.

The view on Sheikh Zayed Road and the museum of the future was very good. Room was spacious, clean, well furnished and well equipped. Bathroom was also very good, it is divided into three parts (shower and bath tub, washing basin, and toilet) separated by glass doors (no lock and no see through). The shower and bath tub part had a big window (or glass wall) facing Sheikh Zayed Road and the museum of the future. There is ironing board in the room ehich is convenient. The staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with different varieties and good quality and nice service. Location is very good and easy to find. There are many grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Also, not far you can find restaurants. Thank you

Nothing major really. Maybe they need to provide a harder pillows. Both pillows were too soft.

Food and room all is wonderful

When i arrived to the hotel at 4am I gave the booking reservation to the receptionist he surprise me by anouther amount to pay it does not the same like what i have in booking confirmation it's more expensive when i complained about the problem he told me with arrogance that he did not have any solution and i have to pay more money or cancel at 4 AM with bed language and he started deal with anouther client so i take my decision to make big problem with him so i start screaming with my friends until the manager of the hotel arrived and he told us that i would pay only the amount that i have in booking confirmation it is bad experience I had in this trip with very very very bad arrogant receptionist but good manager how solve the problem. The problem happened on 5th of november at 4 am

We booked for a 2 bed room suits which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a number of items in the buffet. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner. The location is very convenient to travel to Dehra City Center, Dubai Mall and Marina. However, the best part of this property is the employees. They are always ready to provide help to their guest. Hotel staff / employees will go extra mile to meet the customer experience. We enjoyed their service.

The hotel may provide multiplug to support international guests connectivity issue. When we requested house keeping, they immediately arranged for us.

The location was excellent. All the staff is also very kind. The overall interior is very stylish. Excellent breakfast.

Some of the furniture and room equipment looks old and shabby and I think it need refurbishing. The panoramic room windows was dirty from the outside and we was not able to take good looking shots. The ventilation in the bathroom was not good enough.

friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet, and great services at the valet parking. The location if perfect if you want to discover Dubai by public transport, it is even in the heat, a walking distance from the metro.

The breakfast options differ, I was looking foward to having rice in the morning, one day there was, the next day there wasn't. Really not something that is really of concern, but a personal thought when I had my breakfast the second day.

The hospitality of the staff at the reception was excellent. Always smiling and ready to help. Near world trade centre Metro.

We came after 10 pm and we're given a box room 3601 on the first night , but we're moved opposite to 3604 which was good. Need to ensure that rates given for IHG members are better than other online booking apps.

The hotel was in superb condition, with luxurious amenities and stylish décor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I was delighted by the upgrade they provided for my special occasion, which made my stay even more memorable.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like about my stay - it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The only downside was that my stay couldn't last longer! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The room was spacious

1- There was a smell of urine in the room 2- The disco sound at night was very high 3- The gym recipient asked me about the room number before the entrance and I have provided him with room number. While am doing some exercises, another person came inside asking me about the room number!! come on guys!! It doesn't look good in front of others! If the working shift has been changed, then there should be a proper handover between the staff !
