Property located a little further we are usually used too but tram services were great. I found the hotel manager to be one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He even gave us his parking spot right outside the hotel. I think his attitude to his customers is second to none in Blackpool! Can’t praise home enough. Breakfast was exceptional! Really really good!

Wasn’t much to dislike, my daughters only suggestion was the ladders for the bunk needed changed but perfect other than that.

Hotel is right next to the Pleasure beach, they let us check in early to drop our stuff and park the car. 5 of us stayed in family room nr 10, it's on top floor. Many stairs, but also quiet without other people walking pass. Family room had 2 small bedrooms with toilet and shower in the middle. Everything was very clean and comfortable, plenty of toiletries provided, also we found 3 bottles of water, which was nice. Breakfast was amazing, full fresh English breakfast with tea, coffee, cereal, etc. I couldn't eat mine at early morning, but I packed it up for later and ate it later. It was very tasty, even cold. In general, it was absolutely lovely short stay. Also, we could see Pepsi Max rollercoaster through the bedroom window! So cool!

We liked that parking was available, the bed wasnt soft so therefore was brill for my hubby and I, The breakfast was nice and there was plenty, fruit juice, cereal, yoghurts, fruit, and a full English what more could you ask for, the area was quite and only a stones throw from the tram stop.

We had a room on the very top floor an not being very agile found this a struggle, this will teach me to ring the accommodation in future but this was more my fault than the hotels, our main gripe was the fact that the windows had perspex over them and they was sealed fully round, the room was too warm and there was no air, maybe this could be addressed an if it’s a security or safety issue maybe look at putting a kind of lock on that lets the window only open so far. We did like the hotel so may return again but ask for a lower floor

Stopped at the Lovely Alderly Hotel from Friday to Sunday - Visited Blackpool with the family for the Christmas Lights. I Highley recommend stopping at this Hotel. Clean Hotel, nice and quiet and superb breakfast. The Hash browns that come with the full English are to die for. Loved them! Alton and his family run the Hotel. Very Welcoming and did more than enough to make you feel welcome. Drank in the hotel bar on the Friday night, what a massive selection of spirits they have, and they have several beers on offer (Cans). The prices are low. I recommend spending some time in the Bar on a night time, even if you are going out, it puts money into the Hotel that is just recovering from the closures of covid, and you get to meet Alton and, if they are around, his wife and children. We had two rooms, one single room and one large twin room. My small single room was more than big enough. I was worried it might be a bit small, but no way! Hudge room with a little on suite, double bed. The room was nice and clean and had lots of tea and coffee with a kettle, complimentary bottled water, a TV, and a wardrobe. Hairdryer and towels are also in the room. Not much of a view in my room as it was at the back of the Hotel, but hey, you are only in it to sleep! Tram outside the Hotel - Which will take you up to the black pool tower and all the Piers and all the fun and games - We did not use the trams; we used taxis - Taxis cost roughly 8 pounds each way and were about 2 miles up to the tower. The Hotel will ring for a taxi for you. Quick and easy! Twin room: It was more than big enough, and that slept, two adults and one child. This room had all the same facilities as my single room. The Twin room looked out towards the lights and the sea. The breakfast was delicious. Full English cooked breakfast on offer, but you can have scrambled eggs etc, and if you want, cereal. Fresh juice and tea, and coffee are available. Thank you for the extra at Breakfast Alton ;D

Only a little niggle - Wifi was really slow and sometimes did not work with me being in the back of the hotel - Nothing major and can be easily sorted out with maybe some wifi boosters.

location was great away from the hustle and bustle, tram stop right outside. the owner was lovely and really helpful. the room was ok, a little tlc needed but bed was comfy ,tea and coffee in room ,breakfast was amazing and good value for money😊

the only thing was the noisy neighbours in rooms above, could have been a bit quieter whist getting ready at 6-20am in the morning, it sounded like there was a herd of elephants up there and the walls are very thin so take ear plugs like I did incase of snorers😬

great location, lovely sea view room, nice and warm hotel wasn’t at all cold right temperature all throughout as was freezing outside, lovely shower, perfect breakfast, nice little bar downstairs and very chilled. family friendly and the owners are really friendly and genuinely really nice people. really helpful and chatty and cater for everyone.

Nothing major but they didn’t accept card behind the bar, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The walls are really thin and can hear everything if the tv isn’t on and the towels they provide are so small barely go round you after having a shower. They are really minor things but genuinely happy with our stay and is reasonable for the money and nothing better than feeling welcome and having happy friendly hosts.

Location was perfect for The Pleasure Beach which was a short walk away. Host was friendly, helpful and accommodating especially for breakfast. Nothing was a trouble. Yes the accommodation is a bit dated but it is spotless. Will definitely return.

My pillow was a little hard but we had plenty so it wasn't an issue. Carpet had a slight gap where it had been pieces but again not an issue but maybe a little rug over the top might be a good idea.

We had a family suite with double bed and bunk beds. The room was a good size enough to fit the baby pram in. I was happily surprised the bunkbeds were off the main room so they had there own space. Room was very clean and bathroom. Kaz and his family were so welcoming and made us all feel at home nothing was any troubles and they were so patient and kind to the kids always had time to chat. Its definetaly been the best places I have stayed in blackpool with the tram stop just outside and parking. Not to mention the food. It was outstanding breakfast was great and we had dinner there too, steak was delicious. We will be back for sure!

There was honestly nothing I could fault them on fab service

This was our second time staying at the "Alderley" with the family, we booked a family room with bunk beds. The room was very clean and lots of tea /coffee and milk,The room has lots fresh towels. The breakfast in the morning was the biggest I've ever seen in a B&B. The staff and owners are lovely and we enjoyed playing pool with them. The "Pleasure Beach" was a max 5min walk to the main gate. Looking forward to going back again soon.

The host was such a lovely, kind and friendly guy, nothing was too much trouble for him. He made us feel very welcome. Thank You very much. Was perfect location with seaview and easy short walk to all the amenities of blackpool seafront. Breakfast the next day was very nice we all enjoyed it. Overall we had a lovely nights stay.

Bed was a little too soft for us, could feel to springs in mattress and beds had hairs in which we wasnt to comfortable seeing on the pillows and sheets. We did make a last minute booking so this may be due to that, everything else was clean, shower cubicle needs a little attention but overall we had a lovely stay
