The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and sorted any problems we had, The bed was comfy and good value for money. Hotel was nice and quiet, and the Seaview bouble room had great views.

The shower was OK however to turn it off you have to turn it to hot and I burnt myself so the next day I had to step out the shower to turn it off and the door opens inwards not outwards and it states on booking.com that you can request breakfast but no breakfast is available

Location nice an quiet. Staff were great with kids. Shaz an exceptional host. And his staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Very relaxin time. Had a sea view which was class. Nice hearin the waves from our room. Wud deffo reccomend. Cots available aswel if u have young babies. 10 pound charge but worth it.

If u want to b central its a bit out the way walking distance so might put some people off but only a couple of tram stops away from all the main attractions. Tram stops right across the road at harrow place. And u can pay jus 6 pound for an all day ticket. Kids under 5 free. Its a perfect location if your looking for a peaceful stay.

We arrived early and Shaz kindly stored our luggage whilst we went out for the day. When checking in, we received a warm welcome and photos on here were representative of the room. There was plenty of space, storage for clothes, hot drink facilities, fridge, bath/shower and to my daughters delight, Netflix and YouTube! Seafront location away from the craziness of the central pier so perfect if you want to come away from the noise in the evening.

Overall stay was very good. We booked 2x triple rooms, but hotel Manager Shazad updraded us to a family room so we all can stay on the same floor, so we ended up having family room with sea view and double room. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Showers were working ok, in family room it took couple of minutes for hot water to come but all was good. Good location, although it is about 15-30 minutes walk to main attractions but very quiet and free parking on the road in front of a hotel and around the corner.

Stained carpet in both rooms. Showers in family room a bit dated as a room itself, but clean. Window in family room didn't close properly. Double room was great apart from stained carpet. WiFi was weak. Rooms do not look like advertised pictures, but it is still worth for the money we paid.

Trivelles. The arrival was a very warm welcome. We were checked in and escorted to a beautiful Seaview room. Excellent room and view. The staff are very friendly towards LGBTQ couples. Amazing stay , the family business. The manager shaz is an exceptional man Amazing to be honest. I've spoken to a few people who he has helped. so many people have respect for shaz as I have grown a massive respect for him. The room was very nice, clean 👌. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. The hotel is disabled friendly and very peaceful. I have a bad back for a start and I couldn't sleep, so to make life easier for me, shaz went and found me a mattress topper, for that I was more than grateful. All the staff are 10 / 10. I highly recommend staying at trivelles. If I could rate it with stars I'd happily give the ☆☆☆☆☆ rating. Booked a family room and a twin room. The family room was very spacious with ajoining rooms 1 with a double bed, and the other room had a single bed. There were also 2 separate shower rooms. Also had a lovely Seaview. The twin room had a bay window with a table and seating area with a Seaview. Shiv and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was also a tram stop straight across the road, which was really handy 🙂. The Pleasure Beach was about an 8 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again.

The location Staff very friendly and welcoming. Shaz and the team really have a good welcome for guests and are helpful and available if needed. A big thank you to the staff and the breakfast chef who was professional and nothing too much trouble

There was nothing we did not like I think a breakfast menu with a little more choice would be good. Breakfast was good though

Second time at this hotel. Great hotel. The staff were so nice. Location ideal as nice and quiet and tram stop right outside the hotel. Great value for money. Breakfast was lovely. The chap that served us was so cheery and attentive. Free wifi also. We booked a sea view room which was lovely.

No hairdryer in the room and I forgot to take one but to be fair I never asked at reception so they may them to hire.

Two rooms for family very good Staff were good in the end after saying would see if could check is in as we arrived at 10.15 check I. Shut at 10 wasn't our fault diversions

Needs be a little more clea er bathroom etc but maybe that's just me. When u say your gonna arrive late and possibly get turned away after driving 5 half hours due to road diversions ... that's nit nicest thing or charging u for late check in when they live onsite sometimes late arrivals can't be changed we can't change roads delays diversions....but he did accommodate us and check us in as I have disabled daughter just wish was better way for this ie ... code for door collect keys etc as noone should have to pay more or be turned away of that was the case .

The hotel seems quite modern and the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The room is bigger than I expected and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. The price includes toiletries and towels.

My only issue was that the room stated sound proofing and it definitely isn't in anyway. We could here upstairs talking and their shower sounded like it was in our room and our extraction fan was so loud every time you turned the light to the bathroom on. It was still good value for money. Would stay again but try a different room
