After an initial mix-up with our room on the first night, we moved rooms from the 2nd night into the room I had actually booked and paid for. The sea view was everything and more. So peaceful. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Kay on reception. The bed was so comfy, I didn't ever want to leave!

It was a shame there wasn't much hot food to eat at the breakfast buffet for vegans. I didn't expect anything fancy, but some veggie sausages would have been a welcome addition. We just had mushrooms, hashbrowns and beans. I know we could have probably asked for some to be made, but we shouldn't have to as this makes vegans feel like they're asking for special treatment and not inclusive. Meat eaters don't need to ask for their sausages and bacon. It's 2023! Most hotels offer vegetarian sausages now, so I assumed a chain like the Hilton would be ahead of the game. Also, we we're not offered a partial refund for the 4 nights, even though we only had the sea view room for 3 of the nights. The room for the first night was awful, but I was charged full price for the entire stay.

Great choice of hot or continental breakfast that was very nice to have the choice of what you fancy.

The cleaner should check every room to make the standards better by checking bedding

Check in was efficient and speedy. The room was clean and a great view out over the sea. Good selection at breakfast couldn't wish for more. Staff were polite and helpful.

The car parking price is expensive especially as you pay for the room, parking should be included.

Great breakfast area, lots of tables and well organised. Greeted and taken to a table where a card was placed on the table to say it had been allocated to guests. Good selection of food, hot and cold. Well presented and replenished regulary. Room was comfy even if the pillows were a little hard. We had a sea view which was great. The room size was big enough for us and there was adequet storage for suitcase and bags. Huge TV in the room and lots of plug points.

No fried eggs but hey. Scrambled had to do. Everything else was faultless, could have done with bigger cups for tea and coffee. There was a great selection and staff were quick to tidy up after tables were vacated. Could have done with a small fridge in the room, there is space.

Standard of room, sea view was very nice, very quiet also which is a big plus, no noisy aircon units, or buzzing. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was hot, which hasn't happened allot in other hotels. I would stay here again

The breakfast area was quite compact, especially at busy times. We had a accessible room, which I didn't realise when I booked it. This was no problem, but as someone who used to be a carer, the wet room was very spacious but nowhere to put anything apart from on the floor, the sink was low for wheel chair users (great) but just a sink, you'd have to put toiletries on the floor, which is awful. Nowhere to hook a towl near the shower so bathroom not great.

Great location just a little further along from Pleasure Beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and well presented. Breakfast is good but can get very busy at certain times. Staff are exceptional. Really friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We had some dietary requirements and the staff were very accommodating and assisted us with this. Cannot thank Adam, Emma, Wes and Emma enough for going above & beyond during our lovely stay.

No fridge in rooms like we found in other Hampton by Hilton hotels. Housekeeping was a little lax. Beds were made but bins not emptied and complementary tea, coffee etc not replenished.

Liked our room, the breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff amazing.

Bar staff were very unfriendly. My dinner was not particularly good. First night was ok but second night was hard and the waiter told me it was fresh chicken breast and supposedly better than last nights but it was so hard and dry. Also the reception staff who signed me in was as if he was forced to be at work. Even when I made the effort to interact he was like a brick wall. His name was Joey. Lovely cleaners though. Didnt get their names but remember Keely?

We stayed in room 132. The room was nice, clean and had air con. Breakfast was great, help yourself to anything, plenty to choose from. Could not fault it. Staff at breakfast and dinner were friendly, happy with a smile and helpful. Reception staff were great too. We didn't want our room cleaned or topped up, we just needed some extra milk which reception were very happy to give us a small bag full.

Room 132 has an interlocking door, after a tiering day we went to bed at 9pm, we could hear kids shouting and screaming whiles they played. It kept us up till 11.30pm. we didn't complain, as it was just kids having fun.

absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing location, tramline is just across the road and is £6 for a full day pass, takes you straight to the tower. staff were amazing so helpful and kind the lady with short dark hair checked us in and asked friendly but not too invasive questions, she seemed genuinely interested in our plans and offered travel advise. she gave me a free drink voucher as it was my birthday! breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. A male member of staff let us keep our bags in storage after we checked out when we went off sight seeing, he was lovely and asked questions when we came back (if we had fun, where we went etc) rooms were 2 double beds and very spacious bathroom Modern and very clean. breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice

The room was extremely clean and well furnished. The bathroom was excellent. Staff were top class.

Parking charged at £13 a night, including disabled parking, is ridiculous, especially as you are lucky to find a space at all.The bed was placed very close to a wall making the getting into and out of bed awkward. By the side of the bed was a very small shelf. Unfortunately the breakfast was not up to a standard that I would expect from a hotel of this quality. The daily scrambled eggs resembled a set custard.
