We stayed in room 20. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Every single room was spotless, all very new and modern and a lovely seaview. Beautifully fresh bedding and towels. I feel these apartments are a much better option than a hotel, especially for families with younger children, as you have the luxury of separate bedrooms/living areas. Parking is available on the property for £10 a day, and the tram stop is directly opposite. We will definitely be returning when we next visit Blackpool! Clean and contemporary. Great location on the sea front with parking. Felt private and secure. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than anticipated. Staff member we saw was friendly. Beds very comfy. Had everything we needed. Complimentary tea/coffee etc was welcome after a long drive. Overall we were very happy with this property and it suited our family of 4 (15 and 9 year olds) perfectly. As nice as it looked in the pictures.

No heating in the bathroom and it was cold when we stayed. Heaters took a long time to warm the large rooms. Could have done with some curtains as well as blinds to block out the light. Small issues though, it is a lovely place and we’d definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean, great location, well with stocked kitchen crockery and a family dining table. The bedrooms are spacious with generalised beds with good quality bedding. We all felt comfortable, the bathroom is modern with a good shower and the layout worked really well for a family. Nice touch providing milk, coffee, tea and water for arrival with a warm welcome from staff. There’s also a large area for communal dining which would be a great place to share a takeaway without getting food odour in your bedroom.

Completely out of control of the host, a traveller tip is that there was no phone signal on any of our mobiles all on different networks, but the free WiFi is a great signal. The only minor point to improve would be better instruction on how to get the smart TVs to connect to the internet. They appeared to be connected but we were unable to use apps or screen mirror function our IPad. They’re huge modern TVs and it would’ve been great to enjoy a family movie after a busy day at the Pleasurebeach!

The property was immaculate,modern and very well equipped, owner very friendly, good sized car park, excellent location and tram/bus stand right on the doorstep, would definitely return, we stayed in a family suite which was lovely and spacious and very comfortable and clean, good quality towels/flannel provided, soap, body wash etc.

There’s nothing we did not like as we loved everything about our stay and choice of facility, unfortunately not owners fault was down to one inconsiderate guest/s set the fire alarm off early hrs in the morning and again breakfast time which can happen any place.

Property was amazing. Very clean and modern. Best place we have ever been while visiting Blackpool. Would definitely recommend 💯. We were greeted by a lovely lady in the car park. Shown our rooms. We had 4 apartments in total. Was totally blown away. Everything was done to perfection. Comfortable beds crisp white sheets. Selection of pillows, extra quilt if needed. Plenty of towels available ,Kitchenette has everything you need for a little break away. Sorry we never booked for alonger stay as it is like home from home. 10 minute tram 🚃 ride into town. Exceptional value for money.

The location was great for the pleasure beach and the place was spotless. We had train issues but Andrea helped immensely letting us check out late and let us store our cases after check out to visit the circus. The accomodation was spotless and with a sea view plus plenty of coffee and toilet rolls etc, we have been a few times to Blackpool and this was best experience thanks to Andrea who was polite and made you feel very welcome so don't hesitate to book you'll be happy with your time here

so modern and roomy doesnt feel like your staying in a prison cell like alot of the accommodation in blackpool, felt like a actual get away not a punishment 🤣 we got upgraded to a sea view which was lovley to wake up to on my daughters birthday! staff were really helpful upon arrival and we were left alone for the rest of the duration which i loved also!

We did have to get a tram due to the location which seem to be very expensive these days almost £20 a day for travel to the centre but thats not their fault

The room was amazing with a beach view. Was in the location we wanted to be. The room was clean and the manager was great on greeting us. We loved our stay we more then likely would stay again if we returned to blackpool.

Just a little something as we went with teenage girls. There room was open onto the room/kitchen with just a archway (no door) so was difficult for them to have privacy when we were up earlier and noises we made disturbed them. Also Not enough storage in bathroom and child's room. There are no shelves or wardrobes or anything in these rooms. (Everything stayed on floor). (Sweeping brush/dustpan and brush would of come in handy too) But this is just a few things didnt ruin our stay at all but maybe something for owner to look into.

The check-in process was very efficient. Minimal contact with staff and what contact we had was friendly and helpful. It is equipped with kitchen basics, and this met our needs adequately. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is located opposite a tram station, which was a big plus as it allowed us to remain parked for the duration of our stay. Great quiet location towards the end of the main attractions, and we weren't bothered by late night revellers returning to their own surrounding accommodation. Our suite was generously proportioned.

One minor drawback was the noise of other guests returning late at night. Sound proofing between floors could be better. It's not so bad, though, to prevent us from staying again.

The whole apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, I have no complaints about the room or the place itself. Parking was £10 for the night which wasn't unreasonable. Access to trams was great as there is a tram stop just over the road. If we were to return, I would certainly go back.

The room next to us was quite loudly partying and the noise went on quite late with people shouting and screeching in the corridor outside our room. I know people don't go to Blackpool to go to bed at 9pm and it wouldn't be a problem for just me but with 2 small kids it wasn't ideal. However this is no fault of Ciastal Plaza itself.
