John and Donna are perfect hosts. We arrived early and was greeted with a warm welcome by John. He went through everything we needed to know,,our room was ready so was able to access early. Rooms are clean, with nice white bed linen, comfy bed and nice big white bath towels. Shower is small but enough for our stay.Tea and coffee are provided Full english breakfast was cooked fresh every day and set us up for the day. Plenty choice of cereals, pastries and fruit. Nice bar area with a fab selection of gins if you fancied a night cap.! We had a fab 3 day stay, and would highly recommend. If you want to be near Pleasure Beach this is perfect. We dont mind walking, but access to trans is close by. Thank you John and Donna🙂

Everything was perfect and John and Donna were the perfect hosts, we arrived 3 hours early but were given full access to our room, also John sourced us on site parking, which isn’t part of the package, the breakfast was so lovely and the lady doing service was brilliant, thanks to you all for our fantastic stay

Every thing was perfect

Check in was done smoothly and my superior room was lovely. John was very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for him. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks again John, from Lindsey, Gary and Jane.

Everything was spot on, the only down fall for me was there was no long mirror in the room but that is just me being picky 😂.

Situated up on south shore near the pleasure beach. Ir has parking out front so that is ideal no parking costs. Hosts are very welcoming and made the stay lovely. Rooms clean and have a modern look very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom was on the small side but was no big problem.

The hosts were very cheerful and friendly the bar was lovely and prices good beds comfy and nice pillows room decor very good

No information as to where to eat or shows that were on . Non Porridge could have had pots from any supermarket no biscuits or bottled water in room or on offer at bar not free of course .really need fans for hot weather we would have paid extra charge for use but so hot in room 1 John did not seem to know much about Blackpool buses passes tram stops etc but lovely person and so was Donna

The hosts are incredibly welcoming Excellent breakfast Nice common area with bar and pool table Quiet, clean & comfortable rooms Excellent location close to Pleasure beach, south pier, the tram and train (pleasure beach station is 1 minute away)

The whole stay was lovely we were made to feel very welcome and homely as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was amazing and lots on offer.

Having to come home

Very good staff, friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome and had fantastic knowledge of the local places to visit and avoid.

Shower did not have great power and difficult to get a setting of nice temperature.

location and friendliness of the host. the host literally became our tour guide ready to answer all our questions, how to move around easily, etc. The hint he gave us about the south pier beach easily came to mind when we went to the beach and the waves were coming.

A fan in the room would have been great in hot weathers. this did not however affect our stay as we were mostly out all day and the room was cooler at night

The location was great for us. Away from all the ‘hussle and bussle’ John was very friendly (thank you, again, for being so understanding!) Drinks were cheap at the bar Rooms were comfortable I really liked how the family room was sectioned off Decor is really nice Clean hotel! - which is very important Excellent value for money Would 100% stay again I’ve already recommended the hotel to some friends :) Next time we visit, I will be able to have a drink and try some of the gins, from your wonderful collection! Again, thank you so much!

Nothing Just wished we knew how to turn the green light off in the room (the night light, light above bed) but it wasn’t a problem, as I said, hotel and owners were amazing!
