Everything from start to finish!Fiona was very helpful from the start with all our queries and requests.It was our daughters 6th birthday and she went over n beyond with the decos,cake,cupcakes,party cutleries and even a bday card!Room was so clean with spectacular seaview.Location was superb since it was a walking distance to everything and all attractions such as the pleasure beach,all piers,tower,waterpark,restraunts,etc.Honestly,can't fault this lil hidden gem.Will definitely book again if we were ever to go to Blackpool again.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.Would give 100 points instead of 10 if need be!Oh and not forgetting free parking too!

We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay! Fiona, Eammon, Georgina & Ryan were so welcoming from the second we walked through the door! The location, the room, the food was the best it could be, no words can describe! We didn't want to go home, we were only booked for 2 nights, but stayed an extra night! We have found a hidden gem! We were made to feel like family, the room was to the highest standards, the food too...nothing was to much trouble for any member of the family. We have travelled to lots of different places all being 5 star, but none have come close to the kings boutique hotel. We have rebooked, and are counting down the weeks! This will be our regular retreat! We'd also like to give a shout out to 'Tyson' he's a real character! See you all soon....Annmarie, Paul & Harry x

Location was perfect. Excellent welcome by owners, excellent hosts, first class personal treatment given towards us for the duration of our stay. Went out if their way to make us feel comfortable and homely. Did not try the breakfast but heard good comments from other visitors. Dinner was served very well and steak was perfect to our liking. Relaxing in lounge for evening drinks, all visitors enjoyed sitting together chatting to each other as if all were friends and family, the owners and ambience of the room allowed this to come naturally to make us feel at home. Owners were at hand at all times to ensure our needs were met. Would recommend this boutique hotel over and over again to any travellers going to Blackpool.

Saturday night, people from next door corner hotel sitting outside making noise up to 5am in the morning. No consideration for residents in other hotels that are sleeping. But this did not deter us from enjoying the comforts we had in our hotel and room to overcome this issue.

Lovely location near Blackpool Pleasure Beach with parking available at the front. Nice front terrace for a drink and look over the beach front and sea. Bar and lounge inside cozy and stylish with chess board and TV. Dining room also lovely. Seaview family room was very cozy. Bunk beds for the kids with view of the sea which they loved waking up to, with plenty of space for shoes and bags. The kids loved the dinosaur table and enjoyed a game sat in the lounge chairs. The separate double bedroom was cozy and had sea view too. All bedding throughout was very plush and comfy. We all slept very well. The owners had opened all windows for us before we got there as was very hot day, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The toilet and shower room was very clean and stylish, and shower was lovely and easy to use. We had a friendly welcome, and felt taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, chef did excellent poached eggs and bacon and sausages enjoyed by us all.

Just a recommendation would be a lamp for the kids room.

We are a family who enjoys trying out hotels. We went to three hotels in 1.5 weeks in Antalya. This is our first time trying a family owned and run hotel. We actually felt like family. The place is cosy. Fiona and her family were super helpful, sweet and willing to lend a hand. She told us all about the tram system and how to get a family ticket. It might seem easy but the last time I came here was as a kid. The room had bunk beds for the kids which they loved. The sea view was amazing. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was really good. The location is superb. You can just cross the street and reach the sea and the tram station plus a short walk can get you in the middle of all the action. We loved it and it’s a must to try. We are definitely coming back.

Fiona and Eamon are some of the best hosts I've seen! Their friendly and welcoming approach made our trip extra special. We had an amazing stay and wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. Rooms were elegant and stylish and I loved the subtle Irish touches throughout the hotel. Breakfast again was amazing. The bed was sooooooo comfy to the point we didn't want to get out of it. P.s, Tyson, we so wanted to take you home, but we'll come to visit you soon too!

The service was exceptional! Great hosts and very accommodating. Hotel was spotless and the room very comfortable. A lot of effort had been put in to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was in a great location near the Blackpool pleasure beach and tram stop right across the road. Breakfast was my highlight, absolutely delicious. This is a gem of a place and I will certainly be recommending it to my friends and family. I will certainly be back, the next time I’m in Blackpool! Thank you to the owners, for creating a great memory, for my first time in Blackpool.

Breakfast was excellent, location is very good with a tram stop outside hotel to easily take you down the promenade. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Waff Le Burg restaurant 2 doors down from hotel doing excellent burgers and wraps etc, nice bar.

Website shows lots of food, cakes and bakes etc but I did not see any food other than breakfast? My daughter had a sandwich menu in her room but we did not and had no idea how to order anything anyway or when they were available? A bit more could be done with food or an explanation of what is available and when, it was not a major problem as Waff Le Burg restaurant is only 2 doors down from Hotel.

The room was very comfortable and cosy! The bed even more so. The location was perfect on the sea front and extremely close to pleasure beach, but far enough away from the NightClubers that you could have a quiet nights sleep. The house Dog made it for us too, getting greeted by a fluffy puppy is the best way to make us feel at home! The breakfast was delicious too! And free parking!

Everything about this hotel is faultless from its location to the hospitality you receive from the moment you walk through the door. It’s as if you become on of the family on arrival which is a fantastic feeling. The rooms are clean and have everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, and comfy beds which is always a plus. We will stay again on our next visit to Blackpool which is quite frequent for us as we don’t live that far away. One thing to note, when you meet Tyson he expects you to say hello 😂
