Me and my daughter stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great - just a 10 minute walk from pleasure beach fairground. The room was clean and had everything we needed such as tv, own bathroom, fridge, hairdryer and a good heater that helped warm us up after our fun filled day in the rain! We also had free access to WiFi! I was able to rearrange car parking before my arrival - without any hassle. I also paid for a breakfast which included cereal, fresh fruit, tea & coffee, juice and lots more aswell as a delicious full English breakfast catered to our wants. We loved it. The hotel is well presented and clean with a lovely bar and lounge area. The hosts are friendly and helpful and nothing was too much hassle for them, genuine down to earth people who give off good energy. I will definitely use this as my go to hotel for all of my visits to Blackpool!

The Hotel is very clean, the bedroom had a small fridge and kettle. Bottled water tea and coffee was filled up daily. The bedding was very clean. The bathroom had shampoo and bath gel. The towels were very nice and fluffy. The breakfast was very good with buffet items along side a very good cooked breakfast. The Hotel as a bar. The tram stop is only about a five minute walk to. The Hotel situated near pleasure beach and tram stops into Blackpool. The staff in the Hotel were very freindly.

I couldnt pick a fault with the Hotel, i have stopped in many Hotels in Blackpool and this is the best one.

Very friendly staff treated you like family coming to stay. Breakfast was the best I've tasted. The bar was great . Rooms very cosy and beds were so comfortable. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. Throughout. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and give it 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. And room and staff plus food. If you go to the clifton court hotel . You won't be disappointed. There you'll go to stay in blackpool over and over .

My Fience,his brother and his wife and myself had a lovely stay at the Clifton Court. The staff are friendly and helpful and it was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was exceptional. Although we didn't use the bar as we had another engagement to attend, it was charming and well stocked so next time hopefully we'll be able to enjoy their hospitality. I've been to very many hotels and guest houses over the years in Blackpool and this is by far the best. Highly recommend 👌

Perfect for what we needed. We were going to a friend's birthday party so needed somewhere to stay over. This is a friendly family run business... very helpful and welcoming from when we stepped through the door. Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. The little bar looked fun too, and we'd have probably stopped for a drink if we weren't heading out to a party.

Room was quite cold when we first got there... we suspect the room hadn't been used since the week before! But there was a decent heater, and it didn't take too long to get it warm.

Extremely cheerful host, good facilities, nice, compact room, a little on the small side but perfectly adequate. No sea view, if people are interested in that, but we did not require it. Beds slightly on the soft side but most comfortable. Very good breakfast. Nice bar with exceptional bric-a-brac, which does duty as a lounge during the day.

No recommendations, so I can't write more that this. But to fill up the line, I will say there is nothing I disliked. We were the only guests but that's something I liked rather than disliked!

I loved how warm and welcoming our stay was. The bar was just like a hidden cove of treasures. All the staff were very attentive and friendly.

There isn't really anything I didn't like. Other than that there were no VG options in terms of breakfast. So I had to pick and mix my breakfast options. So it would have been nice to just see that option available

Extremely clean and comfortable room which lead to a perfect night's sleep. Close proximity to tram stop to take you wherever you wish up the Promanade. Delicious breakfast that set us up for the day ahead. Impeccable selection of drinks at the Pirate Rum Pub that is full of charm. We're looking very forward to staying again in the (hopefully) near future.

I would stay here again, everyone was lovely and welcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy and a fantastic breakfast. The front and trams is a short walk, ideal for the pleasure beach.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. We had issues with our arrival time and they waited up late for us. We really appreciate that. Breakfast was as good as expected. Great service and well cooked food. Location is brilliant too. Arrive early for free convenient parking.

We were on the 3rd floor so it was a little difficult going up and down with all the luggage without a lift. Vegetarian substitutes would have been awesome for breakfast eg quorn sausages. Just a recommendation because the food we did get was delicious.
