Loved the trendy rooms. Lots of space for luggage. Bed was comfortable. Outdoor space/patio was really nice with the comfy patio chairs. Walkable to everything we wanted to go to including bars and restaurants. Loved the complimentary coffee at Joe's Cafe next door and the free drink across the road with the purchase of a breakfast!

My only complaint was that our room felt damp and had a bit of funky smell. If we shut off the air conditioning and left the door open it seemed to be much better. I'm not sure if the filter in the air conditioning maybe needs to be changed or it could be due to the lack of a fan in the bathroom.

Loved the beautiful hotel, wonderfully renovated with each room having a special theme. You have kept the character of the unique historic building. Staff were wonderful. Amazing!

We stayed in #16. The ceiling light between beds was very nice. However, we would hit our head on it when getting in or out of bed. Had to get out of bed to shut the light switch off after reading. Suggest lower reading lights on head of bed. Could you have a ketle in room to make our own coffee or tea in am? Had to get dressed to go to lobby area. Thank you.

The location is excellent, there are several restaurants within walking distance and our favourite is O'Sarracino, an Italian one. We also come here for Miller's Bakery which has great croissants.

The price of the room is a little steep. The noise on the street was a bother and light pollution in our room was evident. I know we must try to save the planet but, Two-ply tissue would be an upgrade.

We loved room number 8 which we had for the first time & want to request this room every visit from now on. We love this hotel. The quaintness, the beautiful decor, the friendly, helpful staff, and the location. Thank you, and Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas. ❤️🎄❤️

Cute room, extra friendly staff and great location

The room has a strange smell, seemed a bit too humid or misty could it out my fingers on it. After a while got used to it but was off putting. Also the wifi did not work for me
