Good location, Staff really friendly, good prices at the bar and lovely garden area. Breakfast was self service so could have as much as you need. Food was hot and tasty. Plenty of tea and coffee. Karaoke on the Saturday we stayed which was excellent entertainment. Rooms were comfortable. All in all for the price paid I would stay here again without a doubt.
Had to walk the steps to the high town as the cliff railway was under repair. If you have mobility issues then this would be a problem. Hotel is old with lots of stairs so again would be a problem with mobility issues.

This hotel is a gem. The moment Helen and I walked through the door we were greeted by a friendly, personable receptionist. The room was magnificent- a 4 poster bed, excellent bathroom (with a bath!) and a large easy to use TV. Perfectly located for both low town and high town, and the Theatre on the Steps, which was our destination for night seeing an Abba tribute band! We returned to the hotel after the show and spent the last hour in the bar. The waiter from the nearby Indian restaurant was there too- Ginger spice- 7 a superb restaurant which is also well work a visit. The hotels barman was so friendly and sociable- and even though the bar closed at 11pm he didn't rush us. The building is old- 16th century- and so the floorboards creak a little! But this adds to the experience. You are staying in a piece of history - and the cost is so reasonable. We both slept so well in the comfy bed that we missed breakfast which was a shame as the restaurant looked wonderful. So it's an easy 10 out of 10 for this hotel. Excellent all round. We will be back

I chose not to eat the full English & just had toast & coffee but it was available, plentiful and looked very good. I'll look forward to enjoying it next time.
I was tired so chose against an expedition to find a cafe/restaurant & opted to get a sandwich, veggie pasty or similar at the co-op that was very close but couldn't find much. Just bad timing. Made the best of what I could find. Next time I'll know to check out options before I go.

Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Great location with plenty of local amenities on the doorstep. Cleanliness is obviously a high priority here. Room was na great size with more than enough room to move around, and lots of storage.
Bed was a bit firm for us, but that is just personal preference really. Car parking isn't great, we ended up leaving cars at the wedding venue we attended.

Beautiful old traditional hotel in lower part of Bridgnorth. Room was excellent value compared to others in the area. Delicious breakfast and free parking. Great atmosphere in the bar area, decent prices and local man played the piano in the Lounge area which was lovely! The staff were so welcoming especially the ladies at Breakfast who were very engaging and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely return and highly recommend a visit.
Nothing....loved it all.

the bed was comfy and the bath was great to relax in after a very long walk. i was walking the river severn and stayed here in-between camping. the town is also very sweet, with lots of shops and restaurants to visit.
make sure to send a message if you need a vegan/gf breakfast because i didnt tell them and they didnt have much for me. however, they were very sweet and went to buy gf bread and made me what they had available vegan.

Lovely Room and very quiet and peaceful. Everything very clean, bed linen and towels very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied plus biscuits. Toiletries supplied. Hotel is in an ideal central location and parking was very easy and although hotel has it's own area for parking we could also park in the larger Co-Op car park at the front and hotel gave us a compliment slip to pop in the window so parking was free. Delightful hotel, staff extremely helpful welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend a stop here if you're visiting Bridgnorth and we will definitely be returning later in the year.

Just got back from a wonderful nights stay at the Parlors Hall Hotel and I can honestly say I was impressed from start to finish. I went with an open mind knowing it was a historic building and that there would be quirks and lots of character and I wasn’t disappointed. As soon as I walked into the reception I was welcome with two glorious hellos from the front of house staff, they were so lovely, and was guided to where to park (free too). The checking in service was very professional, helpful, very informative and super friendly, I knew it was going to be a lovely weekend here. The service in the evening for late night drinks was excellent, lovely lady and I loved the drinks were all served in beautiful cut glass which was such a fabulous touch. Our room was absolutely perfect for me as it was so light and bright with opening windows which is important to myself. (Personal choice as I don’t like dark rooms and I must have ventilation) There were toiletries, box of tissues, tea and coffee making facilities and lovely biscuits. There is a hair dryer and plenty of storage and good quality coat hangers. There was a TV although I didn’t use it. They even provide plates and cutlery in your room for you to use if you bring back a takeaway of some sort which I thought was a great idea and very nice of them to offer this, great idea. The decor is pretty and what I would expect to see in a characterful hotel of this type and was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy too. The bathroom was modern and exceptionally clean which had an over the bath shower. The break fast is served until 09:30 and provided a lovely selection of cereals, fruit, toasts and hot full English offerings. The sausages were lovely (and I am very choosy with sausages so don’t say this lightly - thank you) I would definitely stay again for when I next visit Bridgnorth over night.
nothing all fab

Our room at Parlors Hall was a little dated but roomy and the beds were comfortable. There were hot and cold choices at breakfast, with fresh juices. The hot food was well cooked, good quality and there was plenty of it. The price of our stay was very reasonable so I have to say that it was great value. We also liked the location. The hotel doesn’t provide food in the evening but there are various takeaway and restaurant options nearby. There’s also a Co-op and an M&S food hall just yards away.
The only real negative for us was that the room was very warm. Fortunately, there was a fan in the room but even using that and having the windows open (it was the end of March and actually pretty cold outside) it was too warm for us.
