Fantastic service from everyone at the hotel. We were running late and they called to make sure we were still coming and everything was ok which was a nice touch. The Sea View with Balcony room was as advertised and was very comfortable with all amenities we could have needed. A fantastic stay.

I was happy with everything but would have felt more comfortable if the balcony was partitioned off and not shared but that's personal preference.

Breakfast very good we had continental was aware until we arrived an additional cost for full breakfast. The room view fabulous from our room we had a superior room it was exceptional the beds were very comfortable large and luxurious . The coffee machine etc was great with the balcony made a pleasant time, to sit out. The views are breathtaking.

Restaurant menu was limited and food was not very good ordered pie which was bland and onion inside was raw the sides were wrong as ordered chips got crushed mash potatoe arrived !! It seemed to have been waiting at the pass for sometime as we were able to hear the staff saying our table number on a number of occasions before our main meal arrived not completely sure our main course had not gone to another table and we had quite a wait. My husband had mussels to start they were dry and small .He had a salmon dish the special dry and tasteless. As we were surprised more local dishes would be available as we had previously been to the hotel.

It was spotless. Amazing sized rooms. Very nicely renovated. Comfortable beds and awesome bathroom. Couldn't fault the service. Asked for early breakfast and the manager was very obliging. He even came into work at 5.30 am to get it ready for us all. He certainly went above and beyond what was expected. Food in the evening was delicious

Service was slightly slow in the restaurant in the evening but we were informed about them being short staffed so we're prepared to wait for food. Menu could be a little more versatile, a few more simpler dishes would have been great.

Room was lovely and clean on arrival - the tea and coffee plus welsh cake was lovely. All linens were nice quality and very clean. The staff were just lovely and so helpful. They even called one morning to see if I needed anything before they stopped breakfast as they knew I was checking out and driving a long way. Really nice people. Food was good and tasty. Overall very very good.

Wifi wasn't great ... But if you aren't travelling for work it's nice to be off grid.

I don't eat breakfast so I can't comment. The Hotel location was lovely but very noisy in the evening outside my windows which isnt great if you wanted an early night after a long journey....although peaceful after 11pm Also very loud banging noise from building work next to the car park which commenced at 6.45am the first morning of my stay!

The hotel room was spotless on arrival but housekeeping need to keep it to that standard....the floor had biscuit crumbs left for my whole stay.

The view here is priceless the property is newly renovated to a very very high standard, the rooms are exceptional quality fittings and a delight The staff are good at what they do and very good hosts, their for anything you need The food is very good, a good menu and a specials board which is nice to have these are things many places don't offer anymore local lobster was delicious and the starters were huge portions sharing boards amazing breakfast freshly cooked and a great start to the day well done a lovely find

I thought the plastic plants in the room were a bit incongruous and we might have got local butchers sausages/bacon and proper rustic bread and field mushrooms for breakfast - but other than that, the food was excellent, the staff lovely and helpful, location was magic and room beautiful and comfy. Will def recommend to friends! How about a landing jetty so we can come by sea!!!?

Plastic plants in room- pretty average sausages/bacon/bread/mushrooms for breakfast....a bit ‘premier inn’.....but a very minor criticism.

Location and room were excellent. Well thought through - large room. Great linen pillows etc. Good shower - nice toiletries.

Breakfast was great one morning not so good the next. This was down to staff member not replenishing the breakfast items and clearing tables. No hairdryer in our room but quickly sorted. No fresh milk in the fridge in the room. We ate at the hotel one evening which was ok but food not very exciting and no atmosphere.

The staff were all very pleasant. The view and location was exactly what I was looking for. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

if I stayed again I wouldn't eat at the restaurant. It was expensive and very disappointing, bland food. It was quite pricey but everywhere seems to be at the moment. Room was warm but was informed that they're having air con installed soon.
