Comfortable farm house feel. Nice sized room, lots of natural light, excellent breakfast, attentive, informative host. Well paved road with good directions for finding it. Off the beaten track but still convenient for walks and town nearby (car essential). Pigs, chickens, sheep and a horse in the fields nearby. Quiet.

Once I had found the farm, it was difficult to work out which house was the owners, especially as the place was deserted of people, but numerous cars evident (arriving at 7pm in the summer). I almost forgot to pay, as prepayment was secured on the credit card, but payment in full was taken on departure. This may be less of a problem for those staying longer than one night (recommended due to location).

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely home and rooms just outside of Cardigan. Wonderful fresh cut up fruit is served with your breakfast. Hostess was lovely and very accommodating. We needed an earlier breakfast in order to catch the Poppit Rocket bus to hike a stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The approximate mile long road approaching the lodging is a typical narrow country lane (with turnouts) that can be a little nerve wracking for those not accustomed to narrow roads. This establishment is well worth the drive down to it.

The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet. We loved the setting along a short drive from the road. The cottages surrounding were luxury level and we are very keen to stay again. Breakfast was ample, yoghurt fresh fruit and full English really set us up for the day. The room was clean with our own bathroom just opposite, not a problem at all as there are only 2 rooms. Thank you for a lovely refreshing mini break.

A decent breakfast and I enjoyed having the fruit provided each morning. A lovely spacious bathroom and a bonus having a bath as well as a shower. Leaving wine glasses in the bedroom is a nice touch.

A good rural location but being able to walk to a local pub in the evening would have been a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was lovely, from the welcome we had from Christine to our delightful, spotlessly clean room and beautiful en suite bathroom. Breakfast was really good both mornings and the area surrounding the house and the approach along the road was very pretty. We will definitely be returning for another stay. 😊

Christine and Donald are lovely and helpful. Room is spacious and property is recently updated. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful property is "off the beaten path"--both good and somewhat inconvenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice - carefully thought out and fresh. Delightful start to the day. Tastefully decorated bedroom with enormous, modern en-suite bathroom - both full of thoughtful touches. Plenty of parking available. Super friendly and helpful host. A perfect stay.

Not much phone signal for mobiles, but small price for such a wonderful location. WiFi in the guest house works so you can use WhatsApp

It was in a lovely spot hidden away. Just what we needed.

Noise of a television from downstairs. Plus it felt a little bit like we were staying with our Grandparents house.Maybe a slightly bigger breakfast. But that’s just being picky.

This was perfect for our short overnight stay while attending an event in Cardigan. A beautifully run family business. The host Christine was lovely and the breakfast was impeccable great value for money. Will book again next time we visit.
