We had an amazing stay at the College View. Our room was faultless, with plenty of little extras like teas, coffees, oat milk, cows milk, water, and toiletries, we even had chocolate goodies in the fridge. It was spotless. Our super king bed was extremely comfortable, the best we've ever slept in. It was perfect. Pat was extremely accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were offered prosecco and welcomed into her home. We pre-ordered our breakfast the day we arrived for the next morning. Breakfast was 5*. Pat was an amazing, friendly, caring and fabulous host. We would definitely stay at The College View again.

The hostess at College View is fabulous, she made us feel at home from the first minute we arrived. The room was very spacious, warm and the bed was super comfy with the most luxurious bedding. The upstairs room ensuite bathroom is lovely, it has a walk-in shower and a free standing bath. There was a wide range of quality toiletries available in the bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, more than enough and top quality. We didn't want to leave in the morning, feeling like we had a new best friend in Pat, she's amazing at this job. Highly recommended.

My wife & I stayed with Pat for one night after our wedding! The house is beautiful, well-maintained and in a great location (with easy parking) considering it is a walk or short taxi ride into town and all the bars and restaurants that come with it. Pat is the most brilliant host - as soon as we arrived (following very fast comms via the messaging within the app) we were made to feel welcome with a friendly chat and a drink. We were shown to our room which was very private, well-equipped, tidy with a BEAUTIFUL en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower (as well as built in electric toothbrush charger & more toiletries that you can imagine!). The fridge with snacks, drinks & bottled water was great too! The best part of this BnB is the choice of breakfast - whatever you like Pat will source! Whilst we opted for a full english and breakfast bap, this felt like an extra luxury! Pat was the most amazing and friendly host who has a beautiful house - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing we didn't like!

The property is absolutely beautiful, inside and out and is situated within 5 - 10 minutes walk of Montpellier which has great access to local bars and restaurants. Our room and its facilities were fantastic - spacious, extremely comfortable, tasteful and contemporary. The selection of complimentary products, confectionery snacks and tea/coffee options in the room was outstanding and we were extremely impressed with the high standard. Most of all, the host is utterly delightful. She greeted us at the door, offered us Prosecco and made us feel right at home from the start. Our breakfast both mornings was delicious, substantial and made exactly to our request. She supported our trip, with great suggestions of how to navigate the Cotswolds and surrounding area and simply couldn’t do enough for us. We will be returning without any hesitation, and would highly recommend Collage View to anyone

There is nothing not to like.

I was blown away by the stay at College View. Travelling a lot for work, I expected a usual check in and a lay about in my room. What I got was a warm welcome by the owner who graciously showed me to her living area and we shared a bottle of Prosecco and a good chat! Absolutely superb! The room was outstanding, possibly the cleanest and most comfortable room I have ever stayed in with every need catered for. I was given lots of local information and tips on where to go for dinner and in the morning I was greeted with a fabulous breakfast. If I could rate this stay more than 10 I would and I will most certainly be returning.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, our stay was faultless. On arrival, we had a glass of prosecco with Pat, which was a very nice touch. Pat is an exceptional and friendly host, who gave us such a wonderful, warm welcome. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was beautiful, with Pat going above and beyond, ensuring you had what you wanted. The location was quiet but within easy walking distance of the centre of Cheltenham. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we visit Cheltenham again, would most definitely stay here. I can't recommend College View enough, it's a beautiful and welcoming place to stay.

One night stay in Cheltenham. Pat, our hostess greeted us on our arrival and gave us a warm welcome. Bed and bathroom newly furnished & quite luxurious. Thoughtful touches such as complementary g&t, milk, bottled water & chocolate in fridge and port miniatures on tray with tea & coffee. Breakfast downstairs in dining room at time to suit. Big bowls of fruit, yogurt & granola from which to help ourselves followed by smoked salmon, eggs, toast and pastries. Told night before that she would prepare whatever we wanted! Spent a pleasant time chatting to Pat while drinking our coffee.

Everything from the greeting we received as we arrived until our final farewell it was by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in and would easily challenge many 5 star hotels. Breakfast cooked to order, a welcome tipple awaiting in the room fridge, every toiletry you might need in the bathroom including new toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot your own, and to send you off at night one of the most luxurious beds (Vispring Shetland - Google it). I did not comment on the WiFi as I didn't get to use it. Well Done Pat it was outstanding.

I can honestly say that there is nothing I can think of that needed improvement

The most stunning property in Cheltenham! Forget staying at any hotel… this is 6 stars!! From the moment you drive in to the grounds be prepared for an exceptional stay! Pristine bedrooms, high end furnishings , bathrooms and the most dreamiest of beds and linen! Not forgetting the extremely warm and personable welcome you receive from Pat! The breakfast is another level and I guarantee you will not want to leave this peaceful property! I will definitely be recommending College View to friends and family!!!
