Fabulous hosts - very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent - very close to everything we wanted to see/do. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't need it again until we left. The location of the B&B meant that taxis were very reasonably priced. My husband was then able to help me with the bottle of wine we had at dinner (not sure that is a plus 😉).

Breakfast o my o my so so fresh fruit pastries you com away full fresh jams and they give you a bag to take away the fresh pastries you can’t manage and service with a big smile 😃. The breakfast room was so bright and inviting and amazing pictures which the owner took himself I and my husband thought we were in paradise

I know I should put something but I can’t they have thought of every needs and the wife the thoughts were for the lady and if it wasn’t in the room you just need to ask o and one more thing I wish I could of stayed longer

The Avon Beach was friendly from the minute we arrived by the hosts Trevor Aditi and Jazmine who gave you all the information you need to know about your stay. The room was large and exceptionally clean with lots of goodies on the coffee tray. Would not hesitate to recommend staying at Avon Beach.

Having stayed recently for 2 nights I can honestly say it’s quite possibly one of the best B&B’s we have ever stayed in! The hosts were both absolutely fantastic, they really welcomed us on arrival and we’re very tentative throughout our stay. We could not have asked anymore of them. The on suit room itself was 5 Star with everything that you would ever need or think off especially the individual air conditioning. Breakfast was amazing with everything fresh and very well presented. To be honest it’s all an absolutely credit to the owners. #perfect

From arrival to leaving our stay was made most welcoming. Both of the rooms were to the highest standard with welcoming extras in the room. There was parking and the beach was minutes down the road walking. Breakfast was continental and included wonderful croissants and pastries. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return for another visit.

very comfortable room with excellent facilities including air conditioning. Bed was really comfortable. Extremely clean. Good supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. Fridge available for your own items. Delicious breakfast, everything very fresh each day. Very friendly, accommodating and informative hosts. Would highly recommend. Great location.

Excellent value - only a short walk to the beach! We stayed here for a friends wedding at Highcliff Castle which was close by. Would highly recommend the Oaks pub for dinner and The Noisy Lobster for breakfast. Trevor was a very friendly host - thank you!

We couldn’t find the hair dryer but not the end of the world.

Nice breakfast. Fresh fruit and croissants. We appreciated the owners offering us a bag to take croissants for later

Shower cubicle had some mouldy grouting which needed a clean. The light going off when you were in the bathroom.

Loved the bed and breakfast- the room was wonderful with lots of great little touches, and just a short walk to the beach.

Only downside is that check out is 09:30-10:00 so couldn’t make the most of the beach in the morning

The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the beach and Mudeford Quay. Continental breakfast was delicious and generous. The hosts were just perfect, only to pleased to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
