The ladies were very nice, liked a chat. The meals were large! We found the beds very comfortable and the room cosy and warm with everything we needed. For a small charge, you can also get some clothes washed and dried, that was a big positive for us.

It's not the fanciest hotel to look at, but we found the friendly reception, the convenience of eating in the restaurant, then going up to our room, and the laundry is what we appreciate.

My husband and I rented a bus to take us and our 22 other friends around the scotch trail. This was the only hotel with rooms for us all and I am sooo glad! The hotel had a bar and they stayed open EXTREMELY late for us which I feel bad about but we had so much fun! The breakfast was great also! The owners were very sweet and accommodating for us and we probably were a little too rowdy but they never complained. The rooms were large and clean. The courtyard was a great added bonus, there were several areas to hang out both inside and outside. They had a game room with a pool table, everything exceeded all expectations. Also it's a lovely quiet little town! The bartender, I can't remember his name but he was young and handled our large group like a pro! He definitely deserves a big shout out!

* Our room differed from the photos, the furnishings were somewhat dated. * The cleanliness could have been better - there was quite a bit of dust in our room, flies were somehow making their way inside despite closed windows, some mould in the bathroom (we found the bathtub to leak).

very nice hotel, bar with whisky tasting, friendly staff, breakfast available after booking, we have single small house with 2 doublebeds, sauna and wc and schower corner with outside sitting on the backyard, terrase window directly to the small garden.. lovely, clean and comfortable

The convenience and price of the Hotrl. We were up for the local rally and just needed a bed for the night as the rally finished late on the Friday night close to where the hotel was located then started at 9am in Elgin on the Saturday. Also may I add that the breakfast excelled expectations....

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff Liam Cathryn Dave and a nice lady making breakfast. They go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. A big big thanks!! Hotel is at perfect location for Whisky Trail, it’s clean, lots of off street parking, hot breakfast, multiple options for evening meal in the village…so overall, extremely good value for money. I will highly recommend the hotel for anyone wanting to cover Speyside distilleries.

Nice clean room and facilities. Two shops nearby and lovely area to visit.

It wasn’t a major problem for me as I am hard of hearing, but the room I was in was next to main road so there was traffic noise through the night.

Room was a great size, bed comfortable. It was well-eqipped and clean. The room had a fantastic view!

The bathroom needed somewhere to put your clothes while showering. There was no where except the floor which wasn't ideal.
