Renfrew rooms are perfect as it is in the city centre, plenty of restaurants and bars, entertainment also , the room is a bit dated but it's fine for staying over a night or 2,the room which we've had twice now had a fridge and microwave,very comfortable beds and clean line ,bathroom with a really powerfull shower,plenty of hot water ,as i said a bit dated but clean.

Didn't see or hear staff but there was someone during night time,TV only had 4 channels,not BBC or itv ,no wardrobe in the room but there was the last time we were in that room.window didn't open and as it's into warmer weather it will be a bit stuffy.

Location was great, and it was nice and clean.

It met all my needs so nothing to add here.

Central and great price. Bit difficult to find at first(won't comment that as a negative, because I was in a rush n took a turn too early n road was closed off, so had to take a different route) , but once I knew where it was, It was easy to find again. Was a December booking and heating was on. WS nice n toasty. Again I won't comment a negative, but I prefer a cooler room, so switched heating off n was more comfortable for me when I got back. Family room was huge... I obviously got lucky as a solo traveller n I think was shown as only room available on booking, but, as a father of 3, this would be ideal for a family of that size, especially with en suite. Phone signal was poor but WiFi was available. Again I was in a rush so only really noticed the note on the wall as I was leaving... So not worth a negative comment. Coukd possibly have a laminated version of those details on tbe small desk, as I have seen in other places. When I mentioned this booking to a colleague ( was for a works do) he had stayed the before n said it was clean and nice too. He wasn't a fan of the stairs though, because he was drunk when he got back that time. 🤣 Really good for the price.

Spacious, comfortable. Very big bathroom just down the hall

One of the plug sockets for the fridge didn’t seem to be secure as when we turned it on/off, 2 of us got electrocuted by it. Damp/leakage in the windowsill. We also had 2 towels provided between 4 people? The host did say we could find more in a cupboard in the hall but there was nothing at all.

I arrived in glasgow early in the morning.the check in wasnt till 3.00 ..so i rang to see if i could get in earlier as not to be walking around the town for hours with luggage..the man i was talking to was very heplful and sent me a code whitin minutes so i could collect the keys in a box outside the door..room was ready for us by the time we got there..very secure house with cameras and room was spotless with clean towels and sheets .fridge and tea and coffe..

Location was fab. Room was very spacious. Beds were super comfy and immaculately clean. Great that there is a fridge and microwave to use as well as tv and WiFi. Very accommodating when we requested a little extra time to check out. All in great value for money.

Unfortunately there was no heating or hot water, however, this was an issue the host was unaware of until late in the day and they had maintenance on the way to fix it first thing in the morning. They were also very apologetic regarding this. These things are unavoidable at times.

Large room with fridge, microwave and kettle with plenty of tea and coffee . Towels provided plus also an iron and hairdryer (for those that need these things,). Beds were comfortable and shower was decent too.

Lack of hangers and wardrobe space. Wasn't a problem for me as only there 4 1 night so lived out my backpack, but if you were staying here for a few days or more and needed to unpack - then perhaps this may be a problem...

The check in for the room was very quick and straightforward. Also the facilities in the room were very good, with kettle, fridge, microwave, etc provided, along with a desk and sofa as well. The room was also very large, with a high ceiling as well, which made it very comfortable, and also helped to make the room quiet as well.

The cold water tap in the room didn't work, but apart from that, most of the other facilities worked well, so it wasn't too much of a problem anyway.

The Renfrew Rooms are in a very good location, just a few minutes from one of Glasgow's main streets, but they are also in a quiet street, which is far enough away so that there is not much noise as well. There is also an express self check available at the Renfrew Rooms, so if you have this included as part of your booking, then all you need to do is arrive at the main door, collect your keys from the key box, then go into the room. I was in a family room during my stay, which was excellent value for the price. The room was very spacious and well furnished, with a table and chairs, microwave, fridge, tea making facilities, etc. There was also a very clean ensuite bathroom as well. All in all, very much recommended.

Everything was fine, there was nothing unlikeable about the Renfrew Rooms at all

Spacious room, spotless clean,plenty tea,coffee,towels,toilet paper etc. the manager was very nice spoke to him in the morning, the housekeeping man was also very pleasant. The only thing I would say is the TV signal isn't the best and mabey management should pop a polite notice on the main front door to ask other guests not to let the door slam after a certain time of night (especially not at 4.30am and wake people up. )The location is great, very good location for the Kings theatre and sauchiehall Street. Also arrange to stay a little later than check out time as my daughter has medical needs and I was very grateful for this. Would definitely stay again. Great value 👏
