For room 2 (disabled guests) Mixer tap strange - you needed to put it to full strength to get warm water and got splashed Shower also a pain to get to correct temperature Toilet was right underneath sink No view (hit and miss whether you get one or not) Not huge gripes but still disappointing for price even if included breakfast Unfortunately the morning we had breakfast there was a builder sandpapering the bar at 8.30am!

Excellent hotel and facilities. The room was stunning and very comfortable. Spa facilities were modern and clean. We had breakfast an dinner in the restaurant and both were lovely! Breakfast was included in the room and there was plenty of options for everyone (also had gluten free options). The dinner was lovely, again plenty of options from the main menu or the grill menu - lots of gluten free options indicated on there. The kitchen was under pressure with a large catering order due to a golfing event going on, so there was a delay of 30 mins for food. But the staff were very apologetic, gave us warm bread and butter whilst we waited and a free drink too!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The overall country club was very good in terms of location, standard of facilities and quality of staff and service. I stayed in the self catering accommodation which was a bit tired in terms of quality of furnishings. Sofas are in need of replacement as are curtains and blinds. The accommodation was clean and the kitchen facilities were good. On arrival reception staff were very helpful and escorted me to the lodge and provided necessary detail on the resort facilities. Used the bar and restaurant several times and found it very good in terms of quality and price.

Check-in was great, the staff was lovely, it was my birthday and the birthday banner on the bed was cute. The room was really clean and spacious with good wifi. The health club was a decent size, and the restaurant was great food and drinks.

The shower was pretty terrible, such a great hotel, with low pressure showers in the rooms & health club. One evening having dinner, one of the kitchen staff clearly wasn't happy and slammed the doors to the kitchen twice, which wasn't something i wanted to see. But overall the staff and facilities were fantastic

Spacious room, really helpful, polite staff. Relaxed atmosphere, great food and all facilities were kept lovely and clean. Lovely location too. The outdoor gym was also a great addition.

It would be nice to have the same Elemis products in the health spa as in the hotel rooms. Or at least a proper shampoo/conditioner in the showers. The iron and ironing board in our room, number 12, was also very worn and the iron left a black mark on my husband's white shirt. We also couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign to put on the door to let housekeeping know we didn't need them. And no phone in the room?

Stunning location . Room comfortable , clean and warm . Breakfast was one of the best I've had with friendly staff. Recommend if flying from Gatwick only 10 mins drive away and much better than staying on airport grounds . Better value too !!

It was only the banging of doors , noise between 3am and 5 am that stopped me giving full marks . I don't know where it was coming from . We were situated at the front of the hotel . Hopefully it was a one off

Lovely place in the middle of sussex inside a golf course. Immaculate spacious rooms. Very good pool, gym & spa but the food was a bit disappointing. I would stay there again for location convenience and pool but take sandwiches.

The food was not what you would expect in such a nice place and the catering staff were young and unmanaged. Shame really.

The room was spacious and the views were gorgeous. The pool was lovely and dinner and breakfast were great with lots of choice.

The pool was shut from 2-2.45 on the day off our arrival, this wouldn't of been a problem but we were not told so that slightly annoying when we were in our costumes ready to get into the pool and couldn't.

There wasn't much not to like - the staff were excellent - helpful and friendly, the restaurant service was efficient and the spa facilities were good

The only issue we had was my husband's food on the first night - however the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

the hotel was great, the food was lovely, room was great, just a minor thing the bathroom mirror wasn't working which I meant to say on our departure. the weather helped to make it a fab stay

just a tad difficult getting in and out the bath to shower with the placement of the bathroom. If the glass screen was over as the water was running you would hit your foot on the sink getting over into the bath
