Great location especially for families. Close to a tube stop, near Hyde Park and Princess Diana Playground. Neighborhood was very safe with many good restaurant options within a short walk. There are also a few small grocery stores nearby for extra snacks etc. Neighborhood was great—-close to Hyde park but in a more residential than some other tourist areas. Hotel breakfast was good as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Everything was great about the hotel. If I could change one thing it would be an option for earlier check in than 3pm. Arriving from an oversees flight was tough to wait until the afternoon to rest with kids.

Location, staff were very nice, all very accommodating and helpful. Hotel didn’t feel busy and yet there were lots of different people on reception but all were really nice. Breakfast staff also very lovely. Room was clean had what we needed.

The room service/restaurant menu could have been better to encourage me to to feed the family without getting takeaway. Just a few kids options would have made me order from the main menu myself. The main menu looked looked delicious but not when you’re 6! Not a complaint but opportunities to go above that were missed- guy in the bar said he was bringing crayons/colouring for my daughter and then didn’t bring them, kids items on menu, after ordering a drink coming back to offer a second rather than leaving us to ring the bell again. Just small things to help you make more money I think!!

Excellent pastries from the Aubaine restaurant. Beautifully located right next to the Central as well as District and Circle tube lines (Queensway and Bayswater Station.) The area has many and varied good restaurants just down the Queensway High Street. The entrance to Kensington Park and Palace Gardens is across the road and great for a summer afternoon stroll. Staff were always friendly and accommodating of requests.

Just to note that the Park facing rooms can be a bit noisy in the peak seasons.

Perfect location, had a nice view over Hyde Park. Many nice restaurants just around the corner. Very easy to use public transportation, both bus station and two underground stations within few meters.

The room was small and getting a little bit outdated. Not much power in the shower and the beds could use an upgrade.

I was able to call and speak to reception to query about bag drop off and check in time changes. The check in was smooth and quick, staff are polite and helpful. I got there by tube from the airport and it is so close to Bayswater and Queensway station which are 2 major lines that get you wherever you need with few changes. The location is excellent for walking and exploring and you have great restaurants in the area and the entrance to Kensington gardens just across the road. The bathroom is small but clean and modern with great water pressure and temperature. Air conditioning in the room works well. Beds and pillows are superbly comfy. Iron and ironing board available in room.

No bar fridge in room. Room service options were expensive.

Lovely clean room. Upgraded to Dome Suite. Great freestanding bath. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast - a good choice of food /drinks. Friendly staff.

Room wasn’t ready until 340pm which was a shame. Dome suite was nice but would’ve been better if the kettle etc was in the main room (theres a lot of stairs to climb to upper level). Breakfast room was very warm - not sure if they have A/C?

The room was of a reasonable size although the en-suite was a little compact. Cleanliness of the room was good but their were parts that really had not been dusted for months. The two lights at the side of the bed were very very very dusty. The table basis had not been dusted prior to our arrival. The rest of the room was ok. The location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose it. It is so close to the underground less than 1 minute walking distance, and only 20 mins if that from the West End. Breakfast was really very good. The choice for the price was fair. The staff were friendly although their organisational skills could be better. On main reception a special thank you to Trainee Receptionist Boris from Bulgaria. He was new to the Hotel and was really helpful and so attentive. Please make the management aware.

Nothing that I have mentioned above should detract from a good hotel. They just need to up their game on the house keeping side.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, the rooms were quiet despite being on a main road and the restaurant staff were very friendly. Lovely breakfast.

As it was a special occasion, we paid extra for the queen deluxe with a view. The room was a little small, although big enough for our two night stay. However, the toilet would flush itself at intermittent times throughout the day and night, even when no-one was in the bathroom! The issue was reported to the reception staff and we were offered a different room but only after losing a good night sleep on our first night.

Location was good. In front of a park and a lot to do. It is not super close to the main places, which makes it nicer since it is a little far from the crowds. They let us drop off our luggage and even check in before the scheduled time, which is unbelievable coming from the US where this never happens, we were super happy and pleased by this!!!

The shower was quite small.

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful, great location just across from Hyde Park and around the corner to some great restaurants. Ice cold air con which I love even in the winter as it helps me sleep - I get very hot as I drop off and the busy road outside was too noisy to have the window open. Great wifi ( 4G in the capitol is really rubbish, to many people using it ). Great bed, Nespresso machine and powerful shower. The room also had a desk, fundamental when working away from home. I'm generally working when in hotels.

It's a minor, niggle but I like having porridge for breakfast so I ended up going to Pret A Manger instead.
