Very clean, very comfy bed and excellent location, Nicely decorated

The check in was a nightmare: the app to obtain the digital key to gain access did not work and had to wait nearly one hour just for some guests in the building to kindly let me in so I could pick up the plastic key from inside. Tried to call the property several times with no answer only until several hours later. We had the room on the top floor which was extremely hot and could not sleep well, having A/C would definitely be a bonus

Location is excellent. 150m from Notting Hill Gate tube. 15 min to centre of London via two lines.Big bus hop on hop off route and stops nearby. King Room was good size for London. Bed was US queen size which English call king. Fairly comfortable. Little hidden kitchen was useful but strangely behind two sets of doors to access. Bathroom renovated and large for London. Street fairly quiet. Close to pubs, restaurants etc. Only 3 min walk. Portobello rd 10 min walk. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park close and walkable.

No tea towel. Why??. You have facilities to wash up but nothing to dry with. Many people complain of this. To the proprietor why not supply one. There is a heated drying rack in the bathroom that is not electric. Leave instructions on how to use for people from those countries that don’t have them. One of the alarms, not sure if it was the smoke one as it is situated just above the kitchen, went off on two nights while we were sleeping. After about 20 seconds it stopped. Bathroom is large but needs a couple of extra things to make usable. Install a shelf above the sink to put things and put in either hooks or towel rails to hang towels. There was a full wall in our bathroom with nothing on it.

The room was clean and fresh - perfect for what we required - plenty of room for all four of us and the bathroom was lovely and clean - great shower. Beds were all comfy and extra pillows and blankets were available

Four of us booked in but only 2 cups - given milk but no tea coffee or sugar available so had to go out and purchase - not sure if I read that it would be supplied but bathroom supplies were available - no hair dryer in room.

Great location, self check in, we paid for a top apartment which had a large bed, dressing table area, sofa, table and chairs, TV, an extra single bed, a kitchenette and a walk in shower bathroom. Also provided with an iron, extra bedding and pillows and hairdryer. Kitchenette was small and compact but great for what was in there and the size. Provided with toiletries. The TV apps such as Netflix, Amazon & Disney channel were already signed into accounts which was great. Lots of shops & places to eat nearby, down a lovely street & we walked to the nearest shopping centre. Great bathroom to get ready, large mirror & large mirror at dressing table also. We had like a little corridor to our room which was lovely and felt private. Room looked exactly how advertised on pictures, was given the choice of what kind of beds we wanted (e.g twin or king)

Everyone’s hotel keys were left on the desk on 1st floor. Anyone could’ve taken your key and accessed your room before checking in yourself, the shower has a waterfall shower and then a smaller shower head, I couldn’t get the waterfall shower to work. No full body mirror in the room. During the night there was noise which seemed like a washing machine which kept me awake. Only stairs to use.

Really clean, friendly welcome and easy check in. Location great for tubes, buses and also for exploring Notting Hill and Portobello Road. The facilities in the room were really good. Kitchenette with everything you needed, fan in the room. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Beds comfy and clean. We were in a basement room at the front but it had a big window with plenty of light coming in so did not feel like a basement. Would stay again.

Very minor points, no shelf or basket in the shower to put shampoo etc. Could have done with hooks on the back of the bathroom door. Beds moved quite a bit, wheels would have benefited from being able to be locked. None of this detracted from our stay they are just little things that could have made it better.

Very spacious and new studio. Bathroom had a good size and the living space was lovely especially the tucked away kitchen was a clever solution. All in all we Really enjoyed our stay. The location was also fabulous right at Notting Hill gate

The entrance area looked a bit sketchy at first and also was not very welcoming. Also the internet upstairs was a bit unstable.

The area is lovely and well positioned to move around: lines central and circle are just at the end of the road. The accommodation itself is beautiful and cosy. The staff is very helpful: we couldn’t find the hairdryer so we texted them via whatsapp and someone brought it to us. We had a late-night flight so we wanted to make full of use of the day exploring the city, without having to drag heavy bags along with us, and they kept them for us.

There is space for improvement, which is not necessarily a bad thing. For instance, there is a big backyard at the rear, looking like a construction site at the moment. I hope they create a gorgeous English garden there with areas to sit and relax, maybe have a cup of tea. It would be the end of the world and guests could appreciate the view from the windows as well. Plants could be implemented at the front too, it was a bit bare. The place has so much potential! One thing I did not love was the shower mat, I’d lose that. Everything else was spotless.

Perfect location—steps from multiple tube lines, coffee shops, Portobello road, etc. Great home base for sightseeing around London. Room was spacious, with lots of light (we were on 2nd floor). Nice to have a little kitchenette to make coffee and tea and access to silverware. Great to have a smart TV in the room for downtime as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the bed was SO comfortable. I can’t tell you how many Airbnbs, etc., we’ve stayed at with sub par beds. This one was perfect!

Some aspects of the unit didn’t work perfectly. Our bathroom sink drained very slowly, making the sink a bit of a mess by the end of the stay. Our TV remote seemed to have a mind of its own—working sometimes and not others. Also not ideal to not have A/C. It was chilly while we went, so it worked out fine, but I would have had a tough time in the heat with just a fan.

This place is in a great location, super close to shopping, food, and underground. Easy walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, also Portobello Road. It was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was a decent size for London. The room was very spacious with plenty of places to sit and eat or watch TV. The kitchenette was great, we used it every day. It's nice to be able to have food at the house if you're tired and don't want to go out. The staff was very helpful.

Nothing really, just a few things to know before you book. This is not a hotel with a front desk staffed 24 hours, but if you message them, they will gladly take care of whatever it is, it just may take a while. There is no air conditioning. We went in April so we just opened the windows and used the fans and it was fine but in the middle of summer it might be an issue. There is no elevator and there are many stairs.
