I have stayed at the Premier hotel twice already and I'm really happy with it. The service is very good, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good (breakfast staff super friendly). Location fantastic, the tube is 5min walking distance and bayswater is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are small, but it is normal for London, the bathroom has heating floor which is fantastic after a day walking around London. Keep in mind that in London it is hard to find a nice decent hotel at a good price. This one is brilliant. I will stay there again whenever I come back for work or even with my family.

Excellent location and staff ! Building and room in very good condition . Anything that needed attention or fixing was usually immediately taken care of

We were placed in the back part of the hotel as we asked for a spacious room. Still nice view but we could constantly hear big ventilators and machines working every night . Still put us off to sleep however in peace like white noises do

This is my preferred hotel when visiting London. Stayed here at least 10 times before. Set on Princes Square, a large (residents) garden it is in a fairly quiet location yet only a 10 minute walk from bustling Notting Hill Gate. The Prince Albert pub is only 50m away too. This time I was travelling on my own so booked a single. Although the room was small it was comfortable and had all the necessary things. The bed was very comfortable too.

Nothing really (that’s why I keep coming back).

Location was quiet. Rooms were clean and maintained daily by lovely helpful staff. Towels and bedding changed daily. Air con available in the room, definitely needed as the rooms do get warm. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was lovely and hot everyday.

Rooms are small, to the point that after cleaning it the side table wasn’t put in its exact spot, the bathroom door would hit the table. Was also extremely difficult to get a full sized ironing board out (would suggest a smaller one)

Very central, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Very surprised about the level of products in the rooms and the rooms in general. Fruit, bottled water, tea/coffee facilities and microwave. The bathroom products, robes, slippers and especially the hair dryer! Tv was added bonus, good channels. Rooms lovely and cool too on arrival. Heating and air con in the room. Lovely presentation on the bed. (stayed saturday 2nd to Monday 4th December)

Room 802: Basement bedroom avoid! Two major negatives, one there is staff cupboard outside which i'm assuming is storage products, used by staff so can be noisy and again on monday morning the laundrette service was being delivered, one load of laundry actually hit off the bars on our bedroom giving us a fright! Also 802 is the main hallway leading to the restaurant, from early as 7am guest talking normally (as you do) but when you've had a late night, have a do not disturb sign on your door, you don't want to be woken by loud voices.

Big isn't alway best. At the Premier Nottinghill weather you are in a Luxurious Club Room or aSingle the service is the same. You comfort is the prime concern of the staff at the hotel. They are always courteous and ready to help. I always feel at home here.

The location was great as was just a short walk to 3 tube stations, and we felt that the area was safe. The room was the perfect size and was very cozy. The bathroom was very well lit and also very clean.

The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room down enough so we had to get a fan brought in. The shower head holder also wasn’t initially joined onto the pole so we had to get that fixed also. However these issues were resolved very quickly after speaking to staff at reception. We could also hear banging come from the reception office as our room backed onto the reception.

The location of the Hotel was excellent and located within easy walking distance of three Underground Station. The Hotel overlooks the Prince’s Square Gardens. The Concierge meeting you at the Front Door of the Hotel and carrying your luggage up the steps and into the Hotel and then on to your allocated room was very much appreciated. The Reception staff made you feel very very very welcome. Other Staff were equally friendly and had a genuine willingness to please. Our Room was very comfortable. The Breakfast offered a good choice of Hot and Cold food served in very clean conditions. There is a good choice of Restaurants and Bars within easy walking distance. An excellent Hotel to stay in and well worth a visit.

Staff were wonderful - all were eager to help and wanted my stay to be the best it could be. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily. The hotel was in an excellent position for me - 10 mins easy walk from Bayswater tube station in one direction and Kensington Gardens in the other. The buffet breakfast was lovely and as much as you wanted - the staff again were excellent. I haven’t stayed in London for over 10 years but I am now looking forward to my next stay and this hotel will be my first choice when looking where to stay.

Single room was a little small but I knew this before I booked and so this wasn’t really a problem.

Had a fantastic stay. Arrived after a long flight from Australia and staff looked after me. Was upgraded so i could have a proper rest. Great breakfast. Every staff member is very helpful and informative. Housekeeping and everyone in the kitchen and during brekkie does such a great job. Really good location. Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate Underground stations close by. Lots of shops supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants. All staff members went beyond to make my stay comfortable.
