Loved the bedroom

Feel very risky to not have phone in bedroom and no phone on reception for emergencies I was told any problems go to bar. That is not good enough at night Also very bad that one cannot phone the hotel. For example if my phone had broken or lost it and someone needed to contact me that would be impossible Could be someone in corridor causing disturbance and guest can’t get to reception Likewise have to leave room to make a drink.

This is the classic, false hipster trendy place, which is actually a mix between an hotel and an appart hotel with no management but bartenders. Honestly, it's fine, the bar lobby is really cool, and the location is great. But the bedroom is really cheap, all white, the bathroom area is way too small, the toilet intimacy is limit. And the bedding just ok. For the area, it's nice to have something alright. But just alright, not more...

Staff were really friendly and nice, hotel was clean and comfortable, good area and the bar and seating area in the lobby were very nice too.

The shower being in a glass tube next to the bed was a little weird, but I didn't mind it that much. You can't open the windows, so a ventilation system runs. I slept significantly worse, felt like I was on a plane.

Modern, great location, and kind service

1- No kettle in the room 2- Windows designed to be sealed glass an not openable for ventilation or getting fresh air 3- Bedsheets were never replaced during my five nights stay even after I extended my stay from 3 to 5 nights 4- At the breakfast restaurant, only one person serving all people in the restaurant. This made it overwhelming for him and sometimes my orders of coffee or tea skipped/forgotten 5- Carpet in the rooms corridor requires to be vacuumed as it has some dust and dirts

Excellent breakfast and service. The location is great. It is a short walk to Holland Park which is great for a walk in the morning and very close to Hyde Park. Easy to commute to the rest of London. Very nice idea the cocktail vouchers.

I did notice that there was a spillage of coffee on the left-hand side of the bed. Maybe someone could double-check before they give the room to a new customer?

The rooms doesn’t have a phone in it which was hard when we wanted to request something from the reception, didn’t provide bottles of water or slippers

The location is great! 3 mins walk from Notting Hill Gates tube station, and lots of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores a few steps away. What I liked the most was that it’s a quite new hotel with new amenities in general, also, they have an extremely effective sound insulation system, for the first time ever in a hotel I could hear absolutely nothing as I am a fairly light sleeper.

It’s too quirky that it starts making you feel not so comfortable outside your room. The bar and the reception intentionally share the same desk which is confusing and not professional imo. They took away most of the hotel room commodities like tea/coffee/kettle/toothpaste/toothbrush and tried to convince us that this is a “Lean Luxury Concept” where they keep the essential stuff only (Like a Marshall killburn speaker and a HUGE Marshall Superbase, because of course you can’t live without these). Rooms having the sink outside of the bathroom means your room is going to be splashed with water for no reason. I think they are trying really hard to be so edgy that it just backfired.

The coolest hotel I've ever stayed in with an amazing choice of fresh breakfast options. Young, vibrant and bang in the heart of Nottinghill Gate. The Tube Station is two mins away making it a great base for exploring London. Can't wait to come back.

Nothing to dislike - everything spot on.

On the positive side, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is beautifully designed, staff greeted me warmly every time I entered the hotel, located in a great neighborhood with plenty to offer. The rooms are well-insulated and soundproof, which I truly appreciated for a good night’s sleep.

Although the room was generally clean, I noticed dirty fingerprints on the bathroom and shower doors and even found fake eyelashes near the mirror, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, while I think it's fine and a good idea that the room isn't cleaned daily (the staff almost makes you feel guilty at check-in if you don't opt for this), the cost savings should be reflected in the price rather than a free drink at the bar.

The location is settled on a quite neighbourhood with facilities al around and very well connected to major stations, airports and touristic spots. Rooms were nice and quite new and the cleaning service was spotless. There is hot water and tea bags at each floor (not in the room) to enlighten your day with some tea. The vibe at the hotel is modern and quite nice. The toiletries at the rooms include lotion, soap, two kind of shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. While this is London and the quality-price ratio is questionable all over the city, all in all this is a place I would revisit and recommend.

The staff was just OK, in exception of Rita who was outstanding and helpful the rest were just accommodating but not engaged with the clientele or eager to explain more about the city . The worst thing from our experience at the hotel is a non stopping ventilation system they have in all rooms due to the fact that windows can’t be opened and that doesn’t allow you to switch it off at any time, besides putting the temperature that the hotel sees fit. For sensitive and light sleepers this is really annoying but also for people that what the liberty to choose how to feel coming at their own room. We raised the issue but of course nothing could be done.
