Lovely place, great location, nice neighborhood. Room was rather small, especially for a triple room, but very clean and comfortable and the garden view was a plus. The beds are comfortable, the room was tidied daily. The shower had good water pressure and nice hot water. Competent and kind staff.

Unfortunately the room we were first attributed on the 3rd and last floor has some issues with insulation, as its walls were infiltrated with water and the carpet was also wet. Luckily the staff helped us change the room which a proper one, on the 2nd floor. Some minor negative points that need improvement: - there is no sound proofing whatsoever - both mornings I was woken up by the neighbors from above at 6 AM as the floor makes loud squeaky sounds and you can clearly hear the water flowing through the piping system.

Everything looked and felt brand new. Really comfortable beds. Good size room for 4 people. Room cleaned spotless every morning. A short walk to two diferent tubestations. More than worth the price ( which was really good for London) Nice staff.

The wifi kept logging off, but as it took less than 30 seconds t connect again, it waqs not a big problem.

Wifi does not recognize you once you disconnect. Elevator stopped working, I am in highest floor and telephone do not dial reception so for every question I need to go down. It was not eazy to move my luggage by stairs from highest floor. Elevator was my key point in selecting this hotel. Reception said no baggage store while in booking says opposite. The room was found different than I booked, more beds.

There is a bright light outside of the room which is turned on with every passing passengers at night and the curtains were not sufficient. The Wifi also keeps disconnecting which was very annoying when you are trying to have a zoom call at the hotel room.

Great facilities and exceptional room, the bathroom was smaller then i first believed to be, with a relatively small shower however the quality of the bathroom more then made up for its small size Big props to edward, the lad who was at the desk at night for a great restaurant recommendation and all other staff for being very kind and helpful

Location near the metro and overlooking a lovely park area. Everything was nearly new following the renovation which was very well done. Comfy beds, good wifi.

Nothing really. One issue arose re the en suite shower door which we told management about and has hopefully been fixed before the next guests get the same nasty surprise we did.

The property was is in a great location, just off Hyde Park and Kensington High Street, in a quiet area. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the staff were wonderful making us feel very welcome and special. I recommend staying here and will definitely use again when visiting London.

Everything seemed brand new, loved the shower.

Room was very small, no big issue but was hot due to size even with air con on. Also, no hand soap in room and no response on calling reception so just bought our own in nearby shop.

What stood out about the Reem Hotel were the spotless facilities, the great location and most of all the wonderful staff and owners. They went out of their way every day to help us and make us comfortable. We went for my moms 80th birthday and she loved it!

We got a free early check-in upon arrival, the room was clean and provided with a fridge, hairdryer and a tv. The temperature could be set with the thermostat and the bathroom had good ventilation.

No complaints :) we were really happy with the hotel!
