Very clean, perfect location, and excellent staff that are so kind. Thank you so much to all the friendly ladies in housekeeping and the gentleman who worked in the restaurant. The front desk was also incredibly helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains are also very cool, they’re based off a William Morris design. This is an excellent hotel.

No A/C but you can’t fault them for that. It’s a rarity in England and each room has a fan and ability to open a window.

The location was safe, with several residential houses surrounding it, although I got in late at night it was easily accessible. The ambience in the hotel is serene, the staff friendly with contagious smiles. The room smells fresh and was adequately cleaned, facilities worked well. I stayed in double duplex, I love the bed and tub. In all it was a beautiful accommodation and I have already booked it again as I am coming back. Cheers .

I think the bed made the room tight and gave little leg space. To avoid accident in the room, the small fridge could be relocated from under the table to the side of the bed.

Room was small-ish but very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great en suite, comfy bed. Appreciated a decent fridge that was empty and not stocked with unnecessary mini-bar stuff. This freezing week of December could have been a problem, but the whole place was kept beautifully warm, in fact we had window open and radiator off to sleep well at night. Location was great, on a quiet Edwardian Square which was really hushed beyond about 11pm. Staff were super friendly but relaxed and helpful when you wanted them to be otherwise felt free to do whatever and come and go. A real plus is the 24 hour reception so no worries about gaining access late at night or asking for something. And the real joy is the hotel is very reasonably priced for where it is. If you are on a budget then keep this one right at the top of your list. Oh, cooked breakfast was really good too. We only had it one morning as we were busy getting to work, but wished we could have had it every morning.

Sound from neighbouring rooms was very obvious. We were lucky though because generally everyone conked out at the same time as us, but I could see this being a problem for some. Struggling to think of negatives given it's star rating....

The hotel is located close to the Kensington Palace - walking distance from Oxford street and Museums, in an area with plenty small restaurants of worldwide cuisine. Hotel itself is really clean and very nice and bright. We were staying in a triple room and it was a little challenging regarding the space (as the room is normal double with another bed squeezed in), but we managed! Overall - we would gladly stay here again!

Looking into a park. While it is an old place, it is well kept and clean. Plenty of hot water, toiletries, soft towels. Room is tiny, but bed is comfortable and carpet looks clean. Good house keeping. At night it gets cool in the room (September) and the blanket is thin. Great for travellers: lots of power plugs and even several USB ports. The wall are thin but the guests are mostly quiet, so I slept well. There are many places like this one in the next neighbourhood, but Pembridge Palace is better than the others because they keep it well maintained.

Depending on the season it seems rather overpriced, but well within London’s range. I was glad to get a room.

The ambiance of the place was great, the location was ideal close to tube stations for the circle and district lines and the central line. Local shops,pubs and restaurants are all within a five minute walk. Would I stay there again, most definitely.

There was nothing really negative to say but a bedside lamp on both sides of the double beds would be beneficial.

Very conveniently located- it was so easy to get around London from the many tube stops + walkable area. The beds were really comfortable. Moreover, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms could have had more space to hang clothes / coats. A full length mirror would have also been nice.

Reasonable sized room for london. Quiet with little traffic noise. Very helpful staff. Short walk from a couple of tube stations and plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. Bed was comfortable.

The staff, the location, and the service were all very good. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the circle and the central line stations. The room was cleaned daily and towels, coffee, water, tea and cookies changed or replenished.

The sound insulation of the rooms is less than perfect. We could hear each step from the floor above and voices from the other rooms and the hallway. The gap between the room door and the floor is an inch or more which means that the sound and the light from the hallway penetrate easily into the room. On two occasions we could also smell the cigarette smoke in our room coming from somewhere inside the hotel which is unacceptable.

Close to 2 stations (Bayswater & Queensway) of 2 different underground lines (Circle/District & Central). Also close to bus stop. Lots of restaurant choices within 5 minutes' walk along Queensway. Quite location despite all tge convenience. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Very efficient housekeeping crew..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Sumptuous buffet breakfast with great choices and lots of fresh fruits. Breakfast room staff were efficient and friendly even during the busy breakfast hours. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 A very enjoyable and memorable 3-week stay. Will definitely return when we go to London again.
