- Quiet and secure building with someone at reception from early morning to 9 pm. Someone is onsite and on-call overnight. Fast modern elevator. Complimentary loaner umbrellas in lobby. - Room and all fixtures were clean and tidy on arrival. Big bright room looking out on to a relatively quiet street and overlooking a small parkette. Modern bathroom, kitchen and laundry in suite. I think they upgraded me for free from double studio to premium studio, so we had a couch. Great water pressure and hot water. Quiet modern dishwasher. Fast wi-fi internet. Room cleaned and linens replaced when requested. Personal re-codable safe in room, (which it seems is not always a given for UK hotels.) - Very short walk to Circle Line and Central Line stations. Lots of grocery, drugstore, pub and resto choice within walking distance. Streets well-lit and quiet (relatively speaking. It's London!)

Room air conditioning was out of commission. Note: 12 foot ceilings made this less critical, even in hot weather. The hotel has since removed "air conditioning" from the list of features on booking.com. Bed was not the most comfortable I've slept in, took a couple of nights to get used to.

Location: This property is within walking distance to Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and so much more! We loved walking through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park as we ventured out for sightseeing. The property is also convenient to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, church and souvenir shops. We loved the residential area that this property is located in. We always felt very safe. Room: Our room had all of the amenities that we needed and much more. We appreciated the in-room safe. The room doesn’t have a lot of floor space but it was perfect for our needs. Sometimes we brought our dinner back to the room and enjoyed the comfortable space to kick our feet up. Etc: We never had any problems accessing the building after lobby hours. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and much appreciated. Everyone we dealt with at the property was friendly and accommodating.

Just a couple of things, there were no hangers at all when we first arrived, managed to get some from the staff the next morning. Also no drainer for washing up.

The appartment is suited for 2 people (couple). It has everything you need for short or long term stay, including dish & wash mashines, TV, radio, induction plate, microwave etc. Breakfast not included, but you can buy goods in the neighboring supermarkets and cook everything you want. The location is excellent to explore the city: there are several underground stations in 5-10 minutes walking distance and many bus stops. We were also informed that we were upgraded to a larger room. A pleasant surprise!

Location, buses at one end of street train Bayswater other end of street. Very roomy with a couch and small table and chairs. Even though some issues were experienced. It was great place and locality excellent . And we would stay there again. Also some nice restaurants and supermarket and fruit shops . A safe quiet area.

Appliances were had to use and staff not helpful. Googled to find out how to use microwave. , the staff did arrange to have curtains fixed which meant we were woken at 5 am . Cleaning once a week , but we had to beg to be cleaned .

The staff were honest beforehand about the aircon not working and found an alternative room with aircon for our stay, on the Lower Ground Floor. We were a bit disappointed we no longer had a view of the park but very pleased we were cool. Decent sized room for a family, DVD player and DVDs available to watch, which was great with an 8 year old, we had movie night. Location was perfect for a family stay, lots of choice of restaurants and friendly pubs, and a bakery 5 mins away that sold the most amazing pastries and sandwiches . Close to the Princess Diana Memorial playground which is great for active children and you only have to make a donation to enter if you wish

The room was dusty in several places not directly on show (headboard, tops of pictures, skirting boards, wardrobe etc). There were also a couple of loose fittings (shower door handle, lamp attachment to wall)

Was a lovely place for a couple to stay, brilliant location for Kensington and near to tube. There were 3 of us (me, my daughter and my son) and for some reason i expected a 1 bedroomed appt however it was 1 room so not too much privacy. The kitchenette was great, and allowed us to prepare a meal in. bars, cocktail bar, restaurants, shops all within minutes. The room was tastefully furnished. They had books and tube maps in 'reception'. Very friendly. Would stay there again. Good price for London too.

The fact that the bedroom and lounge area and kitchenette are were all one room. If I was going with a partner it would have been ideal but with family it's better to have at least 1 bedroom, but the cost would have been more. It was a lovely old building, quiet location overlooking small park area. We walked there across Hyde Park from Victoria coach station, stopping for coffee in the park

Fantastic location, smooth check in and everything we needed for a couple of days in London. We weren’t planning to use the washing machine and oven but they actually came in handy! Room was much more spacious than we imagined and everything was clean. Location was quiet and felt safe, plenty to explore in the area and a great base for going further afield.

Bed and pillows weren’t the comfiest but that’s preference and me being picky as I’ve had worse! Air con also wasn’t working properly but we didn’t ask about it so that’s on us and a fan was also provided.

We arrived very early 6.30am from a very long flight. We didn't expect to check in to our room until the appointed time at 3pm. The gentleman graciously allowed us to have our room immediately which was very much appreciated. Any requests or imformation was always gladly given to us.

A few minor things needed attention like our showerhead was blocked and not functioning correctly. We remedied that ourselves and a few minor other maintenance issues. The bed was a bit uncomfortable however I was given another doona to put on the mattress that helped a bit. Maybe a mattress topper or time to update the mattress?

We stayed for 5nights in december 2022. The location of this apartment is perfect, walking distance to underground station, and close to bus stop. The apartment generally pretty quiet and not too crowded with guest and 24hours personnel available for any issue and they accommodated my request for very late check-in, close to midnight. Hassle-free check-in & check-out process. Bonus point for malaysian, there are malay/halal restaurants nearby ie Putera Puteri and Halia :)

1) The dryer in the 2in1 washing machine dryer in the room seems not working. Few attempts but it wasn't function, can only be used for washing but not drying. However, there is another dryer at 3rd floor outside the room that guest can use. A bit troublesome, but it solved my problem. 2) You have to request for housekeeping and if need to replenish soap/shampoo or change of new towels.
