We really like the location of Grand plaza . It is centrally located in London , in the area of Bayswater and Queensway. There are 2 tube stations closeby the hotel, about 5 mins walk away. There are plenty of restaurants in this area, You can eat Chinese, Indian, middle eastern and italian food, and 2 supermarkets Sainsbury and Tesco are nearby. We like the size of the apartment we stayed in. It is rather spacious for a family of 4 adults. It has big double bed and a sofa bed. There is a small fully equipped kitchen and a fridge. The hotel even has a laundrette at the basement, which makes it a good apartment to stay for longer period for travellers .We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Bayswater close to 2 tube stations, pretty quiet at night, great having a kitchen and fridge to self cater, daily room servicing, good size 2 bed apartment for 4 people.

Crazy amount of doors and stairs to haul luggage through, had an issue with our bedding not being clean when we checked in (which was rectified), wifi temperamental but did get it working after awhile, kitchen needed a few more supplies (garbage bags, sponges etc, we just asked for more at reception and they were happy to supply)

The hotel was very central and close to restaurant and supermarkets, coffee shops. Housekeeping was very good, special thanks to them. The hotel had breakfast service but we did not take. 24 hours open reception was excellent, because we checked in late night. They kept our luggages, after check out. An executive studio which was for 4 persons, had mini kitchen, table, fridge, stove, microwave and utensils. The hotel was very close to Bayswater and Queensway tube station, and also Kensington Gardens.

Housekeeping and luggage room persons should have better English language. They serve excellent. The hotel management should support them in this subject.

The location is everything. Near to supermarket, tube station, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. Comfortable bed and big room space for me and my family. Easy check in and check out process. will return again for sure.

The hallway from lift to our room kinda far since we brought 10 luggages including baby strollers. so imagine how many trips to room from lobby reception. the rest are all ok.

very good location with easy access to central line, district and circle line. it is close to Hyde Park and to supermarkets/restaurants. quite room the room has minimal kitchen ustensiles, microwave and small hob. the cleaning is only done every 3 days but for us there were some mixed up and when we reported a delay they got somebody to clean the next day and even more often after that. providing enough towels and if required extra soap and shampoo on demand.

the fridge was not cool enough to store food as only 8-10 degrees the curtains were so dusty that it caused us allergy and could do with a clean!

Very efficient check-in. They send an email beforehand so you can do all the paperwork when you get there so it goes quickly. Very helpful staff. I had a problem with the microwave and the maintenance man replaced it in less than an hour. Respond promptly to email queries and requests. Good location a few minutes walk to 2 Underground stations and Kensington gardens. It's a quiet neighbourhood but only a few minutes away from groceries, pharmacies, restaurants -- everything you need. Well equipped kitchenette. I stayed for a week and cooked all my meals there.

Some furniture is old and tired -- could use some upgrading. No freezer compartment in the fridge. No ice machines.

We had a nice two bedroom apartment with two good bathrooms, which was perfect for 5 adults. Everything was ok, not new and perhaps not 4****, but nice and clean. The kitchen came with a dishwasher and the room was cleaned every day. The heaters in the room could be converted to aircondition, which was perfect with 40° in London!

Restaurant service & foid is the Achilles Heel of this property. Restaurant staff are friendly & obliging but they are too few when the restaurant is just a little busy and they are performing several functions & none of them to a high standard. The one time I ventured to the restaurant for a hot breakfast, I was served a plate of food straight from the fridge. Very third-rate effort! The one time I had dinner there I ordered a Malaysian dish. I enjoy Malaysian food & the hotel has Malaysian connections so I figured it would be memorable. I was extremely unexciting & tasteless. Please! If you're going to have a restaurant on site, at least make an attempt to make it a proper functioning restaurant or don't bother & use that garden space for something else like a coffee bar, for example. Apart from the third-rate restaurant, the hotel has a lot to recommend it. The staff are very obliging, professional & helpful. The location is a great selling point. The facilities are comfortable & convenient.
