The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable, lovely decor, great for us, the children and the in-laws! And you're dog friendly! Win!

The pool was a little cloudy and the steam room smelt of damp

The room was stylishly located. Breakfast was a range of pastries which it was nice to be able to warm up in the oven in our room. The hotel has a great location. The pool looked nice, though we didn't have time to use it.

The shower was stuck on a very high temperature - almost as though cold hadn't been plumbed in. The heating in the room was left on very warm before we arrived, even though it is (very nearly) the Summer. The double bed in the master room was strangely narrow, and moved very easily on its casters

We loved the concept of HY hotels, no fuss, however lovely spacious, comfortable apartments. Dog's allowed is a bonus! Hotel is straight across from a park. Very central to beach, pier, town centre & M&S & Aldi 200 yards away. Grab & go continental breakfast, pastries were delicious & free Starbucks machine is just brilliant! The staff are wonderful & friendly. Also great pool, not overcrowded at all as you book a 45-minute slot, just don't take any valuables as no key's for the lockers. We had a great night at Lytham St Annes. Thank you x

I really loved this hotel. it just needs a little TLC. The shower in the room was broken 306, just constant hot water, and couldn't turn it down. Pool area, i would prefer to lock the changing room doors & lockers.

Everything was amazing. The facilities were fantastic and the room was amazing. It was in a great location just a couple of minutes from the shops and the beach, which a lovely park located opposite. Will definitely stay again.

The family rooms are located on the top floor so we could hear a lot of noise coming from above us. The people above us were jumping and moving stuff constantly till 11pm and then again in the morning at 7am. It was so bad that the whole room was shaking and the clock on the wall was rattling and it was very loud so was difficult for us to relax. Also we were very excited about the starbucks coffee machine where we could get free coffee whenever we wanted but it was broken the whole time we were there which was disappointing. But we still had an amazing time despite of these small inconveniences.

Been here a few times, love the location. Having your own apartment to come back to. Great facilities and friendly staff.

Where should I start? We had a wonderful 5 day stay. The apartment was a good size, especially the kitchen facilities. The pool and it's extras were an amazing opportunity to wind down every day. The fact you could book the pool in slots made a big difference so there was never crowding. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the on site bar was really useful. Fresh coffee and pastries were a good start to the morning. Booked my wife for the on-site spa as well for a massage, great staff manning it and it was enjoyed. Will definitely be staying again. We really loved the whole apartment, very spacious and spotlessly clean, it's also in a fantastic location to the beach and the bars. Complimentary Starbucks too which was brilliant, my wife was very happy about this.

The bedroom was very hot and stuffy, we had to use a fan but still was far too hot. I cut my finger on a sharp piece of metal sticking out on one on of the sofa cushions when we was turning the sofa into a bed. Also we was on the ground floor and people kept walking between the parked car outside and the apartment window, would be great if there was a barrier which stopped them from squeezing through that way as they kept looking right into the apartment.

First impressions was the lovely building & modern quirky interior which is beautifully & the welcoming from Maxine who was lovely she made us feel really welcome & comfortable, we were early for our 3pm check in & we were allowed to relax on in the reception lounge area with complimentary unlimited Starbucks, plus a bowl of water for our little doggy. She was really helpful & told us where all the local shops were & the Gorgeous park right opposite which is a must to visit. Our apartment was beautiful big enough for 6 of us, the pool area was such a bonus with a jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room, also unlimited towels for our apartment & pool.which saves packing so il know for next time. Thanks to Joe who helped me an delivered towels to our apartment. In the morning we got complimentary pastries for breakfast they was a lovely bonus surprise too go perfect with starbucks coffee or hot chocolate ! The beach is 5 minutes away behind the hotel the shops are the same out the front, we got the bus which is 10 mins into lytham Town which war a 1940s war weekend all free there was loads to see. Me & my family absolutely loved it here & will definitely be back & recommending to all friends & family its an extra bonus when it's dog friendly as it was our first time bringing ours she was so good an had the time of her life. 😀 5* Thankyou to all staff & owners for such a lovely stay we will see you all again soon.

We loved the pool etc..., staff, coffee, cleanliness, location, and the little shop area was extremely useful and reasonably priced! Hy would be hard to beat! And dog friendly!!

Super happy overall, although our apartment slept up to 8! Only a maximum of 3 people, at a push, could comfortably relax in the living area, as there was only one sofa, two dining chairs (that were quite uncomfortable) and a wooden bench! We had to split up into bedrooms on an evening as there wasn't the room to sit together! The hot tub seemed to be closed the majority of the time too!

Loved that the rooms all have kitchens. Ours was on the ground floor to make it easier for getting the dog in and out. Even better was that there was a patio door from our room to outside so I could get the dog in and out directly from the room which was very handy. We didn't use the gym or pool but they both looked very good. Free use of the Starbucks machine and free croissants and fruit was a nice touch. The hotel is directly across the road from a lovely park which was handy for walking the dog. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and had a contemporary feel. Would stay again.

There was an unpleasant smell of the drains in the toilet in our room. Outside the room, patio area there was an old sock and some rubbish on the ground which didn't make a good first impression..
