breakfast was amazing, the couple were so friendly and helpful, lot of good information that helped us for dinner, i would definitely recommend them to anyone

nothing, there was nothing to vaguely frown upon, we walked from the Marden Sports club which was a challenge with the bags we had from cricket, but they offered us help to the ground for the next day of play and we made a contribution for the help

Excellent breakfast. I could not fault it. Good shower. Firm bed and comfortable. Kathy was a fine host. She went the extra mile to recommend restaurants providing their post codes and telephone numbers etc. The refrigerator on the landing was ideal for storing my packed lunches. I would use the same b&b if ever I am in the area. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming even though I didn’t check in until late in the evening. The room was lovely with a comfy bed and a lovely view. Had a brilliant nights sleep exceptionally quiet both inside and out. I would recommend this b&b to everyone. I was checking out today and I’m still here lovely b&b to relax and go for walks

After a long time pondering on this I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like more ideal for someone with transport but the b&b itself is faultless.

Friendly hosts, very clean. Quiet location. Had a twin room with my son. Shared mini fridge and microwave available for guests, together with cutlery/crockery. Kettle/tea/coffee in the room.

These aren't complaints but for information - Rm 3 has a separate bathroom rather than en suite which I wasn't expecting. Rooms don't have locks, only door wedges if you are in the room - only four rooms and main entrance is locked but may make some people nervous. The property has a dog and cat, though they are kept away from the letting rooms, but again, may bother some people. Only 1.5 miles to village but country lanes with no footpaths so not really suitable for walking.

For me the location of the property is excellent - quiet, rural, but within easy access of main roads. The view from my room overlooking the well lit, but not intusively so, drive at the front of the property was lovely - across the road was an orchard of ripe apple trees with the traditional wooden boxes stacked ready for harvest and there was no intrusive road, or other, noise. I was greeted at the front door by Sue, of the husband and wife team overseeing the property at that time, and her lovely young granddaughter, and the welcome could not have been more informative, relaxed and friendly. The bed in my airy and spacious twin room was very soft, whereas I am used to a hard mattress, but I slept very well and no back ache after a 6+ hour drive down. The bathroom was very clean and well presented and such a change not to see mouldy sealant in the shower! Breakfast was served in a cosy but light and beautifully presented dining room. Regrettably I was unable to partake of the cooked breakfast (which looked fabulous judging by the plate of the other guest in residence; my loss!) but I was served with a portion of melon and fresh orange and a good choice of cereal, fresh orange juice, toast and a pot of tea, all served by the efficient and friendly 'chef in residence' Trevor, with proper cutlery and chinaware; none of the catering style white plates, cutlery and metal teapots. The property is truly lovely and was like home from home: only better as it's cleaner, beautifully decorated and much tidier than mine!

Nothing.

Very friendly greeting and excellent hosts. Booked on a room-only basis, but a fridge and microwave were available, which was a bonus. Very quiet location: also a bonus as I had to work some of the time. Fast internet.

A desk / table or similar would have been handy.

Immaculate in every respect and marvelously comfortable The bathroom fittings work perfectly Serenely peaceful environment Car park well lit and easy to access A beautiful and affectionate cat came into my room to greet me

The roman blinds demand some patience The narrow roads can be tricky - SUVs predominate

Very comfortable house in beautiful countryside. Everything was spotless and the shower room felt brand new. There was a fridge with fresh milk in it and a microwave on the landing. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery available too. The only missing touch was a few biscuits which would have been nice. We felt very welcomed, yet given our own space.

Everything was lovely

Nice welcome from Kathy. Everywhere is very clean. A nice quiet rural location. A substantial breakfast was offered and the use of a mini fridge and microwave is a nice touch. I would highly recommend Fairview B & B

Nothing. Everything was good.

The breakfast was very good and nicely presented. The location was rural but close to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. So a good base for exploring the area. Eat your evening meal before arriving as the nearest pubs and shops are a drive away.

Not a reflection on the B&B, but I did find it difficult to find! However, sometimes the best things are hard to find! The room was very warm, but a fan was provided and it was an heatwave so understandable.
