Greatl location just a short distance from Peasholme Park and North Shore beach. David and Paul were really friendly and welcoming and did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The guest house itself was immaculately kept ,with a spotless ensuite and fluffy towels.! (Gotta love a fluffy towel). Handwash and shower gel are provided plus hairdryer. The breakfast was spot on and there was plenty of choice with a full English, continental, cereal and fresh fruit.. We only had a 2 night stay but can say without hesitation WE'LL BE BACK. Thanks for having us guys. x

The only thing I didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay longer than our 2 nights booked.

We knew from arrival - the patio outside with table and chairs and beautiful flowers in pots and baskets - that inside would be lovely too. Our hosts were so welcoming, helpful and efficient; our room was quiet - beautifully furnished and decorated, all facilities provided. Breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location, near Peasholme Park, perfect.

There is nothing to criticise. There is no lounge but we did not need one, we enjoyed Scarborough, the park nearby, walks near the sea , restaurants of every description - and the first stages of Le Tour de France "live" coverage at The Scarborough Flyer.

Perfect stay. Paul and David went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Lovely, comfortable room with a king bed, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing with local good quality ingredients cooked to perfection by Paul. Once they knew how we liked our tea and coffee from the first morning, everything was remembered for the next morning, adding that personal touch. Next time we are in Scarborough we'll definitely be back.

Paul and David are fantastic hosts! Friendly, cheerful. Really made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and perfectly cooked. The location is great. A couple of minutes walk from Peasholm Park, and about 15 minutes walk from the station. A short walk through the park to reach the promenade. A lovely seating area outside at the front. Perfect for the early morning coffee. I will definitely be returning.

Paul and David could not be more welcoming nor more attentive. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would happily recommend the guest house. We are looking forward to staying again in the near future.

All good except the parking is on the main road so you may not be able to park directly in front of the guest house.

Room was immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice of food. David and Paul are very welcoming and attentive hosts. The location was close to North Bay attractions but within easy walking distance to the town and harbour. On street parking was available outside and the hosts provided parking permits. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hosts, David and Paul were absolutely brilliant. They were very friendly and welcoming; they were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us suggestions for some lovely walks and places to eat. They obviously care a great deal about making sure their guests enjoy their stay. The breakfasts were delicious. There was a lot of choice; the portions were very generous and set us up very nicely for each day! The blueberry pancakes with Greek yoghurt were a highlight. Our room was very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee replenished daily. Our bathroom was small but perfectly fine for us. We were able to park directly in front of the guest house. The location is great for wallking to the North and South Bays. Highly recommended.

Absolutely everything couldn't fault a thing . Wonderful guest house. David and Paul were exceptional hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. Very warm , welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous with an excellent choice. The guest house was spotless and to a very high standard.Highly recommend and would book again

Nothing we loved everything

We were greeted by two fab men, David and Paul, they were both very tentative from the start, our rooms were spotless and beds were so comfy and made each day(we stopped 3 nights). We went on our yearly visit to Scarborough me my husband, mam and step dad. We surely couldn't have picked a nicer B & B. Breakfast was delicious and more then enough choice. We will be visiting again.

Shower pressure wasn't the best but that was all.

The only thing was the shower head was a bit small & made washing my hair a little difficult. That was my only issue though
