It was a great room and building and the bar was great too. It was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in.

The bed was comfortable until it came to sleeping in it and it was actually to beds pushed together which was not comfortable at all. I would stay again but would not except beds pushed together.

was quite noisy till about 6.00am in the morning guessing there was a party staying at the same time. did not put us off though would stay at this property again.

I was initially a bit unsure when we first went in the side door of pub, up the stairs but once inside the room I was very impressed with cleanliness, comfy beds and great shower and amenities. Room was a little cold initially but just turned on the radiator and we were very cosy....

The entrance going up the first set of stairs is a bit off putting but a minor detail as room was fantastic. Yes, a little noisy on a Fri night but busy, main street area so to be expected. Not an issue for us....

Room and layout was excellent, just what we asked for. Bathroom really nice with large shower cubicle. Hairdryer in room and tea and coffee facilities. Overall, a lovely spacious room.

Very draughty window, we had to put a towel against the bottom as there was a lot of wind coming through. A bit chilly when we first went into the room, but warmed up when the radiator came on. Stairs a little steep when trying to carry suitcase, although staff member did offer to help.

Loved our stay. Staff were fab. There was no remote for the tv when we got there but it was replace within 5 mins. Very central, spotlessly clean. We cant wait to return.

Maybe consider a breakfast option- there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast but we fell foul to the amount of bars nearby also so would have been good to not have to drag myself out of the extremely comfortable room 🤣

Nice tidy room. Very clean modern bathroom, small but perfectly adequate. Great location for a night out.

The temp in the room was cold despite the radiator being on the highest setting. The room was situated where there was a droning noise that kept happening on and off all night. I sleep through most noises so wasnt too bothered by it but a lot of people would find it annoying.

Staying for a wedding in Southport Rooms were well presented and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast or use the bar facilities due to other commitments however the bar was busy upon arrival.

The only downside was that my booking with Booking.com, the payment had not gone through and I had to go down to the bar to pay.

The room had everything you need and the beds were very comfortable, the staff were really nice and attentive and the bar downstairs was lovely they had a live singer and the drinks were lovely good value for money!

The bathroom sliding door didn't close properly there was about a 1 inch gap, which was a bit of a privacy issue when you're staying there with a friend and needed to change/shower

On arrival young lads on the bar were very welcoming and friendly. Checked us in quickly even swapped our room as given large double room with a double bed but required a twin. Rooms were clean and comfy. The bathroom was also clean but small but had what you needed and shower was very powerful. Bar underneath was good had a great selection of drinks and reasonably priced
