This guest house was simply fantastic. It is located in a beautiful village and it was very quiet so that everyone can get a good night's sleep. Everything was perfect: our room was lovely and super clean, it had everything we needed and the bed was really comfy. We also loved the wonderful view into the garden which was also amazing. Breakfast was a highlight! Everything is prepared just for you and we missed absolutely nothing. Thanks to Ray for making our stay so nice, it was really great having a chat with you in the mornings. Furthermore, you just need a one-minute walk to the nearest pub. We would have wanted to stay some more nights at this amazing guest house and we know for sure that we will come back.

This place is a gem. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The renovations made the stay comfortable. Varied and personalised breakfast each morning. Location in this old village amazing.

The only suggestion is that although our week has remarkably good and warm weather, a small air conditioner in the rooms would make things a lot more comfy overnight. But this was an issue in all venues across the region.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at the Guiting Power Guest House. It was our first visit to the UK and we were looking for a quintessential English countryside experience. Both the quaint village of Guiting Power and this charming b&b certainly added to this wonderful experience. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The room had an assortment of teas, drinks and snacks that were replenished daily. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast and coffee that Lou cooked for the guests every morning. The hosts, Graham and Lou, were very gracious and offered plenty of great tips and ideas about what to see in the area. I would whole-heartedly recommend this place to any traveler who wants to experience the best of beautiful Cotswolds.

Absolutely nothing

Lou and Graham were charming hosts. They are one of those B&Bs that just thinks of everything. Our room was full of little treats and eats - which we really appreciated since we had to catch an early train from Cornwall to get to the nearest train station and hadn't been able to get breakfast or lunch. They were wonderful with recommendations in the local area and their breakfast was fabulous. My wife and I travel frequently for fun and I can easily say that this was one of the very best classic B&Bs we where we have ever stayed.

That we had to leave after only two days

Lou and Graham are fantastic hosts. They make you feel right at home. We had a garden facing room. It was the most magical place. There's a pub, a diner, a post office/restaurant, and a well stocked grocery shop for packing a picnic. You can take nice long walks to watch the sheep or sit and sketch. There's a useful app called the Robin. It's a local shuttle service for getting around within 10 miles. Our stay was extremely pleasant in a cosy room with comfortable beds.

There are very few cabs available and you have to book them way in advance. It can be a little steep as there are no coaches around here.

Cute place located just 20 mins drive from major tourist villages. The hospitality was good. Ray was an excellent host. We had a cute victorian style room overlooking the small garden. Room was clean and had all the amenities you need in a B&B with a personal touch from the host.

We were not very happy with the plumbing and shower. The plumbing made constant noise even at night, my boyfriend had trouble sleeping because of it. Shower had no water pressure.

Graham and Lou were exceptional hosts at this amazing property. The room that we stayed in was lovely and extremely comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing. The additional treats and attention to detail demonstrated to us that these hosts went above and beyond in making their guests feel to welcome.

There was absoluety nothing negative that we could say about our stay here. The recommendtions about places to eat, the maps for walking was greatly appreciated, the morning chats and the true hospitality that Graham and Lou demonstrated could not be faulted in anyway.

Amazing couple who made us feel very welcome. Our room was beautiful with so many complimentary extras, which included normal tea/coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, chocolates, crisps, and in the bathroom robes and slippers. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. The fruit salad was made with all fresh fruit and plenty of it. Cooked breakfast was made with quality ingredients. This was a 60th birthday celebration which exceeded my expectations of a b&b. A birthday card and chocolate were left on the bed when we came back in from a walk, which was an unexpected surprise.

There was NOTHING to complain about.

I was seeking an out of the way quiet place and Guiting Power well and truly delivered. The room was superbly presented and truly comfortable. Breakfast was just excellent, as was the atmosphere of the breakfast room. The hosts, Lou and Graham, were just fantastic. They were welcoming and helpful. Outside of the accommodation. the pub next door was a delightful spot to enjoy an evening of fun.Whar If I ever had another chance to visit, I would be delighted to return.

What I say....well nothing

It is located in a small village with a peaceful atmosphere. The small garden with lush flowers and leaves in front of the house, the well-maintained old house, the newly installed bathroom and the delicious breakfast all reflect the efforts and thoughts of the hosts. Our car is parked in the public parking space in the village next to the house, which is convenient and safe.
