Andre and Ana were amazing hosts. The breakfast of delicious continental meats and fresh fruits, pastries, interesting cereals and varied cooked breakfast menu made the start to the morning an occasion. They were both very caring and friendly hosts. Our room was immaculate and the wee fridge in the room a bonus. The location was great. You could catch the water taxi from the neighbouring property and be dropped off at Waters Edge on the return trip; or alternatively take a 5 minute drive to town. Waters Edge was very quiet and peaceful and the various wildlife that we saw just made this visit

A lovely location with attractive gardens running down to the water's edge. It was an excellent base for all the Stratford attractions - close enough for us to walk, but also with the delightful option of taking the water taxi to the town centre. The hosts really tried hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible - friendly and attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room overlooked the garden and river and was very comfortable and quiet and well-stocked with tea, coffee, water, biscuits toiletries etc. The house with very interesting with some beautiful artwork in all the rooms. Breakfast was simply remarkable - fresh fruit and a wide range of hot and cold choices each morning with locally sourced ingredients, and presented beautifully. We loved staying here - so glad we chose the Waters Edge.
Cannot think of anything that could be improved

The property is well situated with both an element of seclusion and easy access to town. Set in well maintained garden surrounds, this property is a delight. The inside boasts high quality fixtures and fittings, with carefully curated decor. Each room is themed and finished to an exceptional standard. Our hosts were friendly and happy to share tips about things to do and see, to help us make the most out of our stay. The breakfasts supplied were delicious and filling - be prepared to loosen your belt a few notches! We had a delightfully pleasant stay and would highly recommend the experience to anyone else.
There is nothing not to like.

Wonderful quiet location. It is set right along the road in the corner of the estate along from the caravan park along the road of poplar trees. Andre and Ana were fantastic hosts. Easy parking outside the house. Breakfast was amazing and Ana was really excited for me to try her speciality cooked breakfast but im a kellogs coco pops fan..and dont normally do english cooked breakfast but my hubby and inlaws all had cooked breakfast and were very happy with what they had, no complaints what so ever. Plenty of choice each morning. There is a seating area out the back of property facing down to the river. The wildlife came into the garden every day and there was a set of swans nesting at the bottom, we were mindful of not disturbing them. There was seating on the waters edge to view the river. A huge garden to relax in if you wanted to sit with the geese and the youngsters nearby. We counted about 5 parent sets of geese with young ones tottering behind the parents. Ana asked if we were happy with the room and I asked if she had a firmer pillow to put on bed and it was put in room while we were out, it was no trouble for them. The bedroom my Dad and mother in law were in was at the front of property and was fabulously decorated. My mother in law wanted to pick room up and take home as it was exactly to her liking. It had a huge walk in shower and huge bathroom. Our room faced onto the rear garden which got the sun right through the day and the view of the river, overlooking the huge garden. The bedroom itself is alot smaller with a curved shower screen cubicle and toilet and basin in private ensuite. The house is tastefully decorated in am guessing alot of Ana and Andre things from living elswhere and their travels... There is a down stairs cloakroom for toilet once breakfast is over the day is yours to come and go as you please. We took our own bottles of wine to drink on the patio at night till sun set. There is a small drinks chiller in each room.
bed was a little too low. in the green room, as its a smallish room I dont know if a higher bed would be better.

Well what can I say apart from Fantastic service and food all round for breakfast. Ana and Andre were superb in what was provided daily for us. The food was cooked to perfection by Andre. Ana was the host with great conversation about her travels and her life before the B&B. very interesting couple to talk to. Ana would go out of her way to provide whatever your requirements were even down to providing me with my Coco Pops cereal each day. If you go here to stay you must try her speciality breakfasts which you wont find any where else, they are exclusive to Ana and Andre The green room which we had , was located to the rear of property and the views were fantastic over the river. wildlife comes into their garden daily from morn to night. Very peaceful and tranquil to sit out at night with a bottle of wine. Ana even provided snack nuts for us to have with our wine. The Blue room is amazing and huge inside, with a massive bathroom and walk in shower.
Pillows were a little soft and I requested a firmer one which was placed in our room ready later that day.

The hosts, Andre and Ana, are warm and welcoming. The property is lovely and set in a beautiful location. The breakfast was delicious, and the choice was extensive. The room was well-presented, spacious and clean. The town centre is only a short distance away.
There is very little to dislike. My only criticism is the small and intimate breakfast area, which seats up to four couples. There is little space between the tables, and the room is silent. If you don't initiate a conversation, the atmosphere in the room is very awkward.

We arrived early and from the very start we felt very welcome, both Ana and Andre were friendly and exceptionally accommodating to our needs, honestly our stay was not short of marvellous, our bed was a delight the shower was superb the home and our room were worth every penny, all boxes ticked very happy!!! To add to our great weekend away we started each morning with the best breakfast, quality throughout with choices aplenty, nothing lacking 10 out of 10 thank you Ana and Andre.

Everything about this B&B was great. Anna and Andre were the best hosts and nothing was a problem- they are both great and so funny too what a lovely couple The facilities were excellent and we were made to feel so much at home. Superbly located for a leisurely walk into Stratford or even the Water Taxi at the bottom of the garden Anna and andre even showed Kim my wife the best way to do their superb omelettes and Eggs Benedict- brilliant Being at the waters Edge was so good and so relaxing - cannot wait to go back.
We couldn't find one bad thing to say about the Waters Edge

This B&B is located close to Stratford-Upon-Avon, it is very private with a back garden that extends down to the river where you can watch people in boats/canoes/paddle boards passing by. We were also visited by the local family of swans while we sat on the dock. The hosts are extremely friendly and very accommodating ... we felt like family with them!!! The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, very flavorful and absolutely delicious. There is a river taxi a short walk from the hotel which will take you into Stratford-Upon-Avon is a few minutes, unfortunately the taxi stops quite early, but is it a nice walk back from the town.
We had zero concerns or issues, everything was great.
