I appreciated the courtesy and sincere friendliness of the staff from front desk to housekeeping despite the fact they were clearly overworked at times. With one person needing to shuttle or attend the breakfast area or check people out. All were very attentive and accommodating to individual needs of various guess that I observed.

Everything was basic – I did not require a fitness room or a swimming pool, but niceties of hot water and coffee were appreciated. The hotel shows signs of wear, hot water took 15 minutes to arrive to second floor showers, but the room was exceptionally clean, kudos to the housekeeper, towels were soft, front desk often unstaffed, requiring a short wait until manager returned from a shuttle run. These, however, were minor inconveniences. Manager was helpful with suggestions for activities in town and accommodating for holding our luggage until our return for our late flight. Also called us a taxi and shared directions to bus route. Special thank yous to the manager from Hawaii and to the manager who holds down three jobs!

The staff was wonderful. We called for a shuttle from the airport and it arrived quickly. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was fine. It would have been nice if some food was available in the afternoons and evenings as there are no restaurants within walking distance that we could see. I believe that pizza could be delivered.

The shuttle service was amazing! We didn't partake in breakfast, but it was close to the airport for ease immediately following our cruise disembarkment in Whittier. Easy uber to downtown for cute shops.

It is an older facility, bit had room service available which was surprising. Not a wide menu, but good.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was very dependable. They arrived right on time. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing that surprised me and wasn't that big of deal is that the outside property was not maintained very well, i.e., the grass needed to be cut. Other than that it was clean.

We had difficulty using the key cards on the outer door (it wouldn't unlock even after the unlock click sounded). It took more than 8 attempts multiple times. The refrigerator wasn't properly cleaned from the last guest (the whole thing smelled like fish), and we didn't know we had to ask to have clean towels, etc brought to the room daily.

Older Hotel but very clean. Everyone else in anchorage raised prices when Royal Carribean cancelled cruise. This hotel did not. Also free shuttle to airport

Short staffed like most hotels. No maid service if less than four day stay. No good within easy walk.

It was near the airport with shuttle services

No ac or fan. Room got stuffy and hot even with the window open. A fan would have easily remedied it but it was not operational. The fan only blew hot air even when on fan only or on AC mode .

The room has a full wall mirror which gave it an elegant look. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard stuff. The service was excellent. Mr. Patel and Abhinava at the front desk were very helpful. All in all would highly recommend this budget hotel for a traveller on the go.

Location, near airport, and staff excellent. Hotel shuttle bus very handy. Handy having something for breakfast.

Took ages to get hot water through to have a bath. Doesn't seem to be near any restaurants but does have a takeaway service available.

Under New awesome management, they went out of their way to be super accomodating and helpful.. the complimentary ride to the airport made this hotel’s service stand above all others I’ve recently been to and twice the price.

They are upgrading the rooms after the recent acquisition, some fixtures may be outdated but this was a small issue only
