Everything. Just didn't like being double charged at other platforms Bookings com and hotel. But they were quick to resolve problems.... If you have evidence. Make sure you check your transactions. Quiet place. But you can hear the water flowing as in flushing toilets from neighbors Other than that, it's quiet.

If they had pots and pans to cook with for the amenities they have. It was perfect for our needs even just for a night. My stomach is not that great for what I don't see cooking. (Lactose intolerant) I have to see and watch. If they had some kind of pan and pot we'd be great off.

Although we had to leave before the breakfast opened, the staff were kind enough to let us get a cup of coffee and a pastry. The staff were wonderful, the shuttle service prompt and friendly. It seems that the reservation and front desk staff (5 stars!) tried their best to give us a quiet room as requested since we were there less than 12 hours. Liked the midsized minifrige and that our room had doors dividing it into two rooms ❤️❤️❤️

The property needs some TLC. (Drape hooks falling off the track -too high for me to rehook myself-looks like they could become easily damaged further. Needs one of those hanging rods so the guest can open and close the drapes without pulling the material out of the mechanism.) Although the room was reasonably clean, a good deep cleaning would make it much better. (Dust on moldings, shower stall edges, and floor, dirty marks on the facing in front of the sink, doors, high touch areas. Some things we wiped down ourselves.

The shuttle service from the airport was very efficient our flight didn't get it until 3:00 a.m. in the morning the beds in the room were comfortable but the rest of the room was quite shabby

The room was very shabby the whole hotel inside hallways carpeting everything was completely shabby but the beds were comfortable we were there just to sleep and the sheets were clean

The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind. There is a McDonald's right next door.

The hotel is under construction, so the outside look could make one question the inside conditions. The shower ceiling was low. I am 5'9. Anyone taller than 6 feet would have difficulty.

The centralized location and the room rate.

The burnt down building in the front, no continental breakfast like the booking site that I booked my reservation on. And their floors weir very dirty, other than that, was a very pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The customer service is why we will be returning. The staff helped us with making sure we had a room that was suitable for our family member that required a room on the first level. Staff was very helpful with booking questions.

Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus from airport Easy access to public transport. Room was large.

Fixtures were a bit dated, a few broken items in the room and the doors between the rooms were not fixed to their hinges, so couldn't shut easily. Curtains didn't really darken the room, ( in summer) too many gaps and space around air conditioner.

I am not sure who the nice lady was at the front desk I wish I knew her front name I would call him personally give her a compliment and let her boss know she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out great as my situation was strenuous and unusual she made sure everything went smoothly you're very calming and caring demeanor different than any experience I've ever had here

The pacific islander lady, Pua was alot of help in ALL aspects!!Thank you Pua for taking care of me when it wasn't working out for me at the time but because of her it ended up in my FAVOR so for that I'll definitely come back there only if she there🤞 Talofa Lava Pua🏆 and Ofaz from this California resident

No elevator because we were on 3rd floor and alot of things to carry
