I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. I liked the big screen tvs. And also the friendly staff. It was very welcoming & comfortable as well. Bed was nice & loved that there was a microwave & refrigerator in the room. Also the shower was a good size.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We liked the upgrades they have done (have stayed in the past and were a little dated), and the excellent view south from the second level. You do hear the trains come through but it wasn't bad as they don't run all night (and you will have this at most Flag hotels). Plenty space to walk a dog around. Fridge and microwave were clean. Would stay again.

The king size bed room was a little small in terms of walking and bag space. We had a pack n play with us for our toddler and it just barely fit. The shower head is a rain style so it was a little different and not exactly centered, and the shower didn't have a grab bar for falls (no tub, FYI, but good if you have accessibility needs). Overall, a little expensive for the level of hotel but would stay here again (We paid $170 total for 1 king size room, 1 night, with a pet (nightly rate of $126, $27 pet fee, $18 taxes).

I absolutely love this hotel they have been updating it for awhile freshening it up looks great when we got there this time I think we were the first back in it because they were still painting the trim I wish they would of painted more of a forest green instead of that lime green though 😀 rooms are a great size feel safe and the staff was very accommodating there are little quirks though if you like a laugh toilet paper roll in our room was not exactly put on strait and just so you know if you rent the jacuzzi room the light switch has to be on and the button has to be pushed on inside of the tub for the jets to turn on.

If I have to pick, It would be the lime green paint 😏 🫣🤣

Love new shower heads, really loved Jacuzzi tub and kitchenette room, very comfortable bed and such a reasonable cost for Flagstaff. If I only had the energy to have gone downtown; the location was nearly ideal-but for that price! The night auditor was simply fabulous; fast, warm, funny. I don't recall his name but I would remember his friendly face and hope to do so in the future.

Only downside was pool broken (but it was too cold to have swam) and the shower curtain let water onto floor but overall impressive stay. Breakfast would be cool for some too, but I was good with the coffee.

Small room but perfect for the one night for me, less than a mile to town so I walked it to dinner and a beer. For a small room to have a frig, microwave and Keurig was a huge plus. Everything looks clean throughout, until taking a shower the next morning and a few longer hairs in a corner of the base. Not a problem, seemed like they were conscious of taking care of things overall. Not knowing how much traffic I'd encounter from Phoenix, I got into Flagstaff earlier than anticipated, but they had a room open and got me in, which was nice.

I asked about ice. I stayed on upper level separate building. Lady at counter directed me to where I'd find the machine, BUT she said, " if it's not working, there's another one in the building down below".. Well it wasn't working, and had to turn around head back down the really steep driveway to the "other"... I just thinking if someone knows there's a problem or might be a problem, it needs to be dealt with.

Check-in/out was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and perfect size for 2 people. We only stayed one night but we had a comfortable night's sleep, the bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect. The heater was a little loud but it did not keep us from sleeping well, a light sleeper may have issue w the noise. The Keurig was nice to have in room as well! Great location, short drive to everything. We would stay here again when visiting Flagstaff!

Only thing, and it was not a big deal during a one night stay, there is no where to hang your used towels. Need to add a towel bar and/or hook for hand towel.

Good and inexpensive rooms on Route 66 in the eastern side of Flagstaff, with easy access to I-40. Lots of food options nearby, and it's a short drive to the city centre where you can find more food.

Bedside power sockets were only available built into the bedside lamps, but they were so close to the lamp that it's impossible to stick my power adapter in. The bedside lamps are integrated into the room so it's impossible to just move them to reveal the power socket on the wall. My keycard stopped working at 10am even though check-out is supposed to be at 11am. The receptionist apologised and reset my keycard, and after that it worked again.

It was easy to find and looked appealing, the staff was very friendly.

A few of the pillow cases had big stains, but other than it every- thing was wonderful.
