Pool very noisy lots of kids and noise on the weekend. Some of the guests smoke outside and then go back to room and stink the room. Those guests are not penalized for leaving a stinky room or charged an additional fee. First room I was given the minute I opened the door, stunk like smoke. Some people smoking outside the dining area.

No smoking at all should severely penalize guests. No scrreaming kids.

Room service staff are rude and careless, we ordered room service. The gentleman on the phone was very rude. first thing. when we told him that we wanted to order he immediately said you will have to come and pic it up yourself, left me wondering what was the point of having room service if you will have to go pic up yourself. he went ahead accepted the order but he mentioned that it will take like an hour and a half since they were busy and i really understand that, so i told him that's fine with us. I ordered a bottle of wine but when the food was delivered it was just one cup of wine and the food had spilled in the bag it was not really a good service I expected.

Nice pool, clean rooms, good breakfast, close to some shopping and dining

The girl that checked us in was nice enough and efficient, but the man at the desk that evening was rude and grumpy. The staff at the breakfast bar were excellent and the most friendly people we encountered

The room was very spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice and open late. The staff was really great and I appreciated the effort to change up the breakfast every day. I took my niece with me on a 5 night work trip, and this was just the right kind of space for us.

There was a wasp's nest near the elevator that I reported to the bar manager and nothing was ever done about it 3 days later.

Very clean, comfortable has all the amenities that I needed and option of providing anything I didn’t bring. Great breakfast selection that came with the suite and yummy omelettes every morning made by chef.

Shower door did not close properly but maintenance was quick to fix it right away when I addressed the issue. Staff was always friendly and professional the whole week while I was there.

Everything else but the front desk!

Front desk employees gave some of the most incredulous answers when we requested to move to the "vacant" room next to our other family members ..... first it wasn't vacant when we were previously told it was, then they had no idea when it would be available because of cleaning staff (which we saw cleaning the day after we arrived) & the most outrageous comment was on about our third day when front desk called to say they had a room close to our family but she "could NOT" give me the room number until I received the room key. Who would ever pack/move all your belongings for almost a week's stay without knowing where you were moving to?!?!? Needless to say we decided it was not worth the hassle to move the last days & stayed in 214.

Besides the room being extra nice.........handicapped....... KAREN at the from desk was exceptionally nice and helpful!

Your handicapped rooms should be on the first floor not the 4th and 5th floor. Ours was on the 4th......took forever to get hot water.

We enjoyed our stay so much!I always do research before we stay anywhere..I saw how the reviews were already awesome so I had to book it and see for myself..We were so satisfied with our stay!!The breakfast was hot not continental which made my husband happy and my kids loved the French toast..Our room was so spacious perfect for me my husband and our 2 kids.We got the 2 queen suite and in the living room there was a sofa bed as well..the only thing we were disappointed about were the pillows they were to soft need more firmness to it but that was minor we took the couch pillows and put it under the soft pillows..we are very simple when it comes to anything in life and this hotel simply fit our family like a glove..We loved the pool,the orange court,the restaurant, the employees and just the simplicity of it all..the hibiscus tree and tiare flowers on property reminded me us of home..I loved the yoga class they had Saturday morning and the complimentary 2 free drinks and snacks for the kids from 5p-6:30p..So all in all WE LOVED AND ENJOYED OUR STAY and we will definitely be back when in tuscon.Mahalo for everything..Aloha!!!

The pillows just need to be a lil more firm and the bed a lil softer😁

Staff was prompt & courteous with every inquiry or request. Truly top notch. Room service was reasonably priced, tasty, and delivered timely & hot. Breakfast buffet & omlette bar in the morning were great. Will likely try staying here again. Hopefully there will be fewer kids around.

The pool was packed and overrun with kids with GINORMOUS inflatable floats all afternoon, thru dinner, and right up until the last minute before it closed for the night. It was very uninviting. A major point of going on the staycation was to swim and soak in the spa...so it ended up as a 100% total dissapointment when the spa also proved to be unusable. It was barely warm (<100°) and severely over-chlorinated. The vapors coming from the bubbles caused by the jets burned our eyes & nose.

The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The hotel provided us with breakfast that was cooked. The pool was awesome. They have a guest laundry Room, for a small fee you can wash your clothes. The also provided cocktail hour everyday with snacks. The room was a great size, we all weren’t on top of each other.

I can’t complain it was a great place
