Comfort Suites At Sabino Canyon

The staff were friendly and the location was well maintained. I definitely want to stay here again. The courtyards are beautiful, and the pool area looks like it would be fun to hang out in. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed.

There was a small gap between the door and the door jamb. In a room that faces the outside, this isn't preferable. It wasn't big, but it was big enough for a few mosquitos to find their way in. If a flap could be added to the bottom it would fix that issue.

The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. When we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. It felt very uncomfortable, like we were an inconvenience. Checkout was friendly.

Our room was so quiet and all the scenery on the property is amazing. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone. We live in Tucson and got married on Mt. Lemmon this weekend and picked this hotel for our honeymoon. We will be coming back here for more staycations and just to get away from the house!!

The only complaint I have is the loud cricket in our AC unit. But we use earplugs so it was fine.

The exterior was off-putting but the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Was surprised that the room had a small kitchen nook with table and chairs. All the furniture was comfortable and clean.

The facility could take the time to repair the cracked and peeling tub/shower, and the pillows on the beds were small. Personally, I prefer firmer pillows but most Hotels do not offer that so i brought my own pillow.

I was upgraded to a suite after complaining about noise and the condition of the room I was given after booking with the Booking.com website which seemed a little misleading

Room was not what I expected; Cracks in the ceiling, trash already in the trash can when I arrived and very noisy neighbors, however, I asked the manager for a different room and was upgraded to a suite with a nicer layout and patio which was a nice surprise. The breakfast definetely left something to be desired, mostly sweets and in a bag due to covid I guess.

The room was clean an well-apportioned. The bed was very comfortable. We had to leave early, before the sack breakfasts (in lieu of a breakfast buffet during COVID), were available. We were pleased when we checked out that the sack breakfasts had been prepared early and were available to us. Very nice service.

I'm sure the hotel will be happy when the pool is open again. We would have enjoyed a swim but understand about COVID protocols.

The size of the room. Having breakfast included. the lobby was warm and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful.

The water temperature for shower could have been warmer.

All was fine and I have no complaints. This was not my first stay and I was satisfied the last time also,

The room was nicely furnished and everything worked! Nice touches...bedside reading lamps, refrig, microwave, charging ports, and electronic door locks. It is a perfect location for accessing The Loop Trail, Sabino Canyon, and Mt Lemmon. Sorry to learn they aren’t offering the brunch, happy hour, coffee in lobby, and access to hot tub due to health dept restrictions during pandemic, but they do provide a sack breakfast and coffee in the room.

Unfortunately, we had late night and early morning noisy neighbors. However, the hotel staff responded appropriately.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice new clean bedding. Room was a great size! Shower were clean and they had very large closet sizes to store luggage. We had a room with a small kitchen and it was very convenient. The room style seemed to be updated recently and it makes for a new comfortable environment. Definitely would use this hotel again if we needed.

The bathroom wasn’t very well stocked for us being here 4 days and 3 nights we ran out of toilet paper and called down they said okay someone would bring some no one ever came. We needed up getting our own at the store next to the hotel. We would have really liked to come when they had breakfast and happy hour we didn’t know both would be canceled do to Covid because it was still talked about on the booking so it probably should be edited and priced to reflect. Other hotels we have stayed at during this time still had food service and bars just a grab and go or socially distanced not completely canceled.
